Il s'agit d'une visite extrêmement complète pour découvrir la merveilleuse ville de Bologne. Une journée placée sous le signe de la culture, de l'art et de la gastronomie parmi les principales attractions de la ville. Le programme a été soigneusement conçu pour combiner le grand potentiel de la gastronomie bolognaise (tortellini, mortadelle, délicieux jambons affinés, gâteau de riz, tagliatelles, tortelloni, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO, VINAIGRE BALSAMIQUE TRADITIONNEL MOodena DOP)... avec celle de son riche patrimoine architectural et artistique, comprenant ses splendides églises, ses palais, son ancienne université, ses canaux et ses tours, et enfin, un musée exceptionnel riche en art ancien, la Pinacothèque nationale. Quant à sa célèbre gastronomie : la plupart de ses préparations n'ont pas besoin de présentation (balsamique, parmigiano reggiano, pâtes bolognaises, lasagnes, tortellini, jambon de Parme, mortadelle), mais certaines de ces spécialités sont de véritables joyaux cachés, même pour la plupart des voyageurs italiens ! Nous visiterons également un LABORATOIRE DE PÂTES TRADITIONNELLES pour un PETIT COURS DE CUISINE rapide et efficace !

Nous découvrirons les secrets et les grands chefs-d'œuvre de la place, tels que les œuvres en terre cuite de Nicolo 'dell'Arca, la fontaine de Neptune, le Palazzo Comunale et San Petronio. Nous visiterons quelques splendides salles décorées de fresques du Palazzo Comunale, le grand escalier des chevaux de Bramane et d'autres petits joyaux du somptueux édifice.
Grand et unique complexe de bâtiments du début du Moyen Âge, intérieurs médiévaux et romans, palais gothiques, musée d'art spécialisé, fresques, portiques médiévaux et escaliers en colimaçon, terrasse avec vue sur les tours et Bologne de "haut".
Église baroque avec la splendide Lamentation de Nicolò dell'Arca, chef-d'œuvre de la Renaissance en terre cuite.
Ancien palais Renaissance et baroque de l'Université de Bologne, avec de splendides fresques, des livres, une bibliothèque historique et un théâtre anatomique en bois.
Visitez l'un des musées de peinture et d'art antique les plus importants d'Italie, de Giotto à Raphaël, de Titien à Guido Reni, d'Ercole de Roberti à Carracci et Guercino, de Vitasle da Bologna à Parmigianino.
Lieu d'histoire, d'art et de gastronomie : le marché antique de Mezzo di Bologna, avec ses étals historiques, ses tavernes et ses boutiques traditionnelles, véritable temple médiéval de l'Émilie-Romagne.

La basilique est un trésor d'art et d'architecture, de l'Arche de Nicola Pisano, Nicolò et Michel-Ange, au chœur alchimique en bois, de l'orgue préféré de Mozart au cloître Renaissance.
Visite d'un complexe médiéval et haut médiéval d'une valeur inestimable, construit à l'image et à la ressemblance du Saint-Sépulcre de Jérusalem.

Riccardo is an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about the city and all the history. He took us to several hidden gems and went out of his way to ensure we understood all the information. He also went out of his way to make sure we made it back safely to our train. We highly recommend him as a guide.
Our guide Ricardo had a powerful background and knowledge of some of the craziest and unique things from a history perspective we have seen all over Europe. Bologna is a sleeper on history museums, and this tour was just a small part of what’s available here. He can be a little much to start out the day, but stay with him and you’ll get to experience something nobody else really does, including some great unique food at the end.
Riccardo is passionate about the history of Bologna, with an encyclopaedic understanding and knowledge of the city and the region. Super keen to share that with you, you will not regret taking this trip, we thoroughly enjoyed it
This experience was amazing, taking us through and to parts of Bologna that the general visitor would not find. Ricardo is the most knowledgeable guide I have ever had, in any country well beyond the standard history and dates, his depth of architectural knowledge, relative history from around the world, historical foods etc There was a lot to take in but we understood in advance it was going to be an intensive day and it was worth it I would recommend this tour for anyone who doesn’t have issues walking and the desire to learn a lot about Bologna, the uniqueness and influence its architecture had and its prominent role in Italian history I would try to use Ricardo again for any other tour I plan in this region
Riccardo is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about medieval history. He’s enthusiastic and shows you a lot of wonderful sites. Only thing to know is that because he is a true expert, there may be times things go over your head —- you really have to listen on this tour to absorb it all and be an active participant.
