Au départ de Votre point de rendez-vous, nous traversons le boulevard océanique Ponta Delgada en route vers le premier arrêt à Vista do Rei.
VISTA do REI où vous aurez l'occasion d'admirer l'une des cartes postales panoramiques les plus connues des îles Açores, la vue ci-dessus sur Sete Cidades Green et Blue Lakes. La vue magnifique sur l'île deuxième plus grand cratère volcanique avec 5 km de diamètre. Découvrez l'hôtel historique abandonné au sommet de la montagne qui a été ouvert pendant seulement 18 mois.
Descente vers le paisible et magnifique village de Sete Cidades, un bref arrêt au pont entre les lacs avant d'arriver au centre situé au fond du massif cratère volcanique. Temps pour un café et promenade sur le centre du village et profiter d'un peu de temps au bord du lac Bleu. Une occasion unique d'avoir un contact direct avec les habitants de cet endroit paradisiaque sur Terre.
Sur le chemin du retour à Ponta Delgada, un arrêt de plus à Pico do Carvão pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur l'île S Miguel et à la fois le Nord et le Sud en même temps. Le paysage magnifique de la partie la plus basse et étroite de l'île de S Miguel avec la lagune de Fogo en arrière-plan. De là, nous apprendrons la formation de cette île, et par temps clair, il est possible de voir presque toute la longueur de l'île avec le Pico da vara, le point culminant à l'horizon
De retour à Ponta Delgada par une route serpentine, nous passons le long des magnifiques champs d'herbe qui fournissent une nourriture naturelle pour nourrir nos plus de 100 000 vaches noires et blanches. Arrivés à Ponta Delgada, nous visiterons une plantation d'ananas pour en apprendre davantage sur ce processus exclusif de culture de ce roi des fruits dans un environnement spécial, unique au monde.

Andre was great! A perfect English speaker and very knowledgeable. We were a party of four and his clean and comfortable Mercedes van was very comfortable.
The meeting information was horrible. It had us going across the island 30 min to meet. When I tried to call or message the provider, I never received a response. Had to call viator and they were not much help also

We would like just to remind you the informstion you have on your ticket or displayed at the activity webpage "What's Included Free Pick up and Drop off at Your Hotel/Cruise Ship Terminal or Airport in Ponta Delgada In this case you didn't have to search us for 30 min in the city or be waiting for us since 1:00pm one your tour had a starting time at 2 pm. The only option was to meet us inside the cruise ship terminal where your ship docked, 1 min after exiting the ship's door. As you were dully informed, your guide was touring other clients in the morning period and, as you well understand, for safety reasons he is not allowed to asnwer phone calls while driving or guiding. As soon as it was possible, I personnally answered you call and informed you were we were, Inside the Terminal where you found us. We had an amazing private tour in the Azores and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Rodrigo was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, its history, and all the local spots, and he shared so many interesting details throughout the day. He was attentive, friendly, and very generous with his time, making sure we never felt rushed and that we got to see everything we wanted. His enthusiasm and professionalism really made the experience special. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it made the tour even more enjoyable for us. We can’t recommend this tour enough — it’s an absolute must-do when visiting the Azores!

Rafael met us immediately past security at the cruise terminal. He walked us to his Mercedes van parked 50 feet away. From that point on, he shared the love of his home with us. He did a great job taking us to all the places to see and was able to miss the busloads of tourists in each spot. It was a pleasant way to see the island in a leisurely way. Can't recommend this enough.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Mario. The van was comfortable and nice way to spend a day after several days of hiking. Mario was so informative and interesting! The views were breathtaking and surprises were welcome. We stopped off for a snack and rest and then finished with a visit to a pineapple farm. Completely unexpected! I highly recommend this tour.

Erik was a great guide and friendly with kids. He helped watch our little one and even entertained them at the many places we stopped. He grew up on the island with a long family history there so was great to talk to him about island life and what to explore. He knew alternatives for places to eat and places to take us.
