My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Kevin. He is knowledgeable, gracious and makes a tour a true gem. He makes a real effort to engage and inform.
We spent four days touring with this team and were blown away by the experience. Our guides—Estephanie, Kevin, Kennedy, and our wonderful driver—were exactly who you dream of having on vacation. They truly cared about us, crafting a personalized itinerary and often spending 10 to 12 hours a day ensuring we had the best experience possible. Their knowledge of the Kansai region is incredible. They knew exactly how to time our visits to avoid the crowds, and because they pre-purchased all our tickets, we never had to wait in line. They even accommodated every last-minute special request with a smile and a great sense of humor! The dining recommendations were spot on, but the "wow" moment was the final day. Not only did they spend two extra hours helping us find unique souvenirs, but they also picked us up from Pontocho Alley at 9:00 PM just to ensure we got back to our hotel safely. That is true white-glove service! We can’t thank you enough and will be recommending you to all our friends and our travel agent. Get ready to be busy!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Kevin as our tour guide in Japan! Traveling with young children can be challenging, but Kevin made everything feel effortless, thoughtful, and genuinely fun for the whole family. He designed a multi-day itinerary through Osaka and Kyoto that perfectly balanced cultural highlights with kid-friendly pacing. What really stood out was how he went beyond the typical tourist experience—arranging unique activities like tea picking, which turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Our kids were engaged, curious, and excited every day. Kevin also crafted a special route to Mt. Yoshino and Arayashiyama bamboo forest that avoided the usual crowds and gave us a much more peaceful, authentic experience. It felt like we were discovering something truly special rather than just following a checklist. Throughout the trip, Kevin was incredibly organized, patient, and attentive. Our tour in Kyoto was fantastic, with time very well spent, especially since it was a private tour starting from the port in Osaka. We visited several temples, the Bamboo Grove, and the geisha district, where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Our guide, Fanny, was fantastic. She took us to a sushi restaurant frequented by locals, which I highly recommend. We were truly delighted with the experience and recommend it 100%.

We had a customized itinerary where we got picked up in Kyoto and visited multiple places before we got dropped off in Osaka. Kevin was very friendly and flexible withe itinerary. He made sure we had great time during the trip , the vehicle was very comfortable as well. I had asked to visit tea fields and Kevin made it happen.

Kevin was our guide. Originally we booked him for one day but we made it 3 days. Really everything he arranged for us was perfect. Whether it was our visit to a Sumo wrestling tournament or to the different temples, a dinner at a restaurant or a tasting at a sake brewery. This young man knows his way around 🤗
