Vous commencerez votre aventure en montant à bord d'un catamaran confortable et notre fantastique équipage vous préparera pour notre premier arrêt de la journée - la plongée en apnée dans les récifs coralliens voisins regorgeant de poissons tropicaux. Après beaucoup de temps dans l'eau, nous continuerons avec une promenade en bateau panoramique autour de la côte couverte de palmiers de Punta Cana, en passant par des sites populaires tels que le lagon naturel ou les eaux cristallines de Barcelo Beach tout en dégustant des mimosas avec des plats locaux frais fruit.

We booked our excursion with Alfredo of SeaPro while staying at Dreams Flora in Punta Cana. We went on a four hour trip leaving directly from the resort beach. No bus ride required. We went snorkeling, swam with the sharks and stingrays, and swam in the natural swimming pool. We even did some fishing. The crew took great care of us and we had a fantastic time. They took pictures of our adventure and we were able to purchase them at the end of the trip. Highly recommend!!!
Tour was held on Saturday April 4. Originally booked for a couple days earlier but changed due to high winds. When the request to change was made by SeaPro, we were told we would have a private boat. Nothing was said it would not be a cataraman or it would not be a 3 hour tour but We ended up on a smaller fishing type boat. As there were 10 of us it was a little tight. Once on the boat we were told the trip would be 1-1.5 hours and they were not told it was a 3 hour tour. Additionally, when we did get to snorkel we were not given fins so it make it hard to maneuver in the rough water. The crew did try very hard make the best of this situation but in the end it was certainly not what we expected or paid for. Ultimately we feel that we were short changed and feel that we should get a refund.

So much fun!! Went with my kids (11 &16) and we had an amazing time snorkeling and swimming with SeaPro. The boat was clean and safe, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the water was everything we imagined...turquoise and gorgeous. We saw stingrays and sharks and a zillion fish.

Ronny and his team are excellent. We had 6 kids and 7 adults, everyone enjoyed the 1/2 day snorkeling trip thoroughly. They thought of everything, even snacks and drinks for the kids, which we really could not bring along coming from an all-inclusive resort. They made the trip fun for all and truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend SeaPro Divers!

We rented the entire “party boat” for a family of 8 to go snorkeling. The boat was plenty big (they said it could hold 50) and the staff was pleasant. Snorkeling in the Dominican Republic, at least near Bávaro Beach, was below average. Visibility was about 30 feet. Fish diversity was relatively limited. We snorkeled in 2 different locations. They required that we each have a life preserver with us at the first location, which was a hassle. Of the 3 member “crew”, one of them was actually a photographer from a different company. He did not announce this until the end and then requested $300 for the pictures he took. I felt that was far too expensive and offered him $100, which he accepted. Some of the pictures were overexposed, but others were good.

Regarding the snorkeling, we understand that visibility and marine life can vary. Near Bávaro Beach, conditions depend heavily on weather, currents, and time of year, and while some days offer excellent visibility, others can be more limited. These are natural factors beyond our control. Visiting two different snorkeling locations is part of our effort to provide the best possible experience given the conditions of the day. The requirement to wear life preservers at the first location is a safety measure, especially when currents are present or visibility is reduced. While we understand it may feel inconvenient, guest safety is always our top priority. As for the photographer, we’d like to clarify that photographers are independent contractors and not part of the SeaPro crew. They set their own prices and offers directly with guests. We always recommend discussing pricing clearly before accepting photo services to avoid any misunderstandings. We truly appreciate your balanced feedback, as it helps future guests set realistic expectations and helps us continue improving our communication. We hope to welcome you and your family again for another day on the water.

Was not aware would have to get into a boat from the water to get to the main boat. Would have been nice know what to expect. Staff were great but the snorkeling with the sting ray and shark was depressing seeing them caged in the ocean.

We spent a fantastic morning snorkelling with SeaPro. Victor took really great care of us all, particularly my youngest who was nervous about getting into the water. We saw some beautiful fish and the scenery was stunning. This will be a memorable trip for us all!
What an amazing excursion we had with Victor…he was so friendly and accommodating to the whole family. We had the boat all to ourselves which was so personal and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend SeaPro. We got to snorkel and see some amazing sea life. We swam with sting rays and nurse sharks which was incredible. Beers, water, soft drinks and snacks included! Nice time. Sea weed was pretty bad when getting into the water- smell was terrible but once in the water much better. Snorkeling was good. Shark/ stingray swim was okay. Water was kinda dirty to swim in & sad to see these animals trapped in such a small area to live in. On the boat. Drinks good. Only suggestion is to not serve big bag of chips but individual bags for guests for hygiene issues. Crew was excellent. Highly recommend for a good experience.
