Wonderful morning on a very comfortable boat with a superb team! 3 snorkeling stops with plenty of turtles. The water is beautiful and calm, a truly unmissable moment! Must do with Daymaniat Shells!

Half a day, hundreds of turtles and an experience I won’t forget! I was absolutely blown away by today’s half-day snorkelling trip with Daymaniat Shells. From the easy booking to the crew and the snorkelling itself, the whole experience was superb. The early start makes a real difference. We were the first boat at the islands and were in the water enjoying the wildlife before the other boats arrived. And what wildlife! We saw hundreds of turtles, moray eels, rays and an incredible variety of tropical fish. There was so much to see, it was difficult to know where to look next. The boats are new, modern and really comfortable, and the crew are friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with. All the snorkelling equipment is provided, so you only need to bring a towel and suncream. Even lunch deserves a mention. Food on these trips can feel like an afterthought, but this was genuinely delicious and a lovely finishing touch to the morning. Half a day was the perfect amount of time. It never felt like we needed a longer trip to get the full experience, and we came away absolutely delighted. If you’re in Oman, I can thoroughly recommend Daymaniat Shells. An outstanding trip with a team who clearly care about getting the whole experience right. One last thing, the crew take a camera and record and take pictures which are sent to you afterwards. This is helpful because who wants to be stuck behind a camera when you should be in the moment with experiences like this.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Pristine boat and the Captain’s were very professional and friendly. We were taken to 3 locations to snorkel and saw so many different fish, turtles, rays and even a sea snail. Sadly no whale sharks today but that’s down to luck. A pleasant and adequate lunch and a very nice gift of a water bottle. The trip is such good value for money end we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend.

What a totally memorable experience. Swimming so close to turtles and being taken to these lovely islands was a very special trip. We had an excellent captain called MB - all staff were faultless and so helpful. Highly recommended trip.

We live in Oman and over the last 6 years we must have been going on this trip 8-10 times. Cpt Fahad is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and most of all respectful towards the fragile nature 🙌🏻 His wife Lea is equally sweet and friendly and accommodating 🥰 I won’t hesitate to book with them - they are truly amazing. Was absolutely amazing. Our tour guides were phenomenal experts. We saw turtles, and even swam with a whale shark!
We had a fantastic outing to the island and reef. Snorkeling was top class - great visibility, lots of turtle, rays, eels and the usual reef fish. The team from Daymaniat was excellent and we were lucky to have the boat (which was super comfortable) to ourselves. The snorkeling gear we borrowed was /looked brand new. All in all highly recommended, even in the August heat (there is a pleasant breeze on board)

Phenomenal experience. From start to finish, everything was spot on. I literally cannot find any faults or improvements. The staff communication, passage of information, the friendliness and professionalism of the captain and his team throughout was fantastic. A really lovely day with Capn Nasser and his colleague. They ran the trip with only 3 of us so it felt almost like a private tour. We left before the other operators (we had to meet at 07:45) so had the first site pretty much to ourselves for about 45 mins before the other operators arrived - then it became a little crowded so we moved on. 20+ turtles at 1st site feeding, diving and surfacing. Wonderful group photos and videos sent to us by link immediately afterwards. Sandwiches and snacks during the morning were welcome. We went to 3 sites in total. At the second we only saw a couple of turtles but some pretty fish. The third didn't have so much wildlife but was nice and peaceful. Would definitely recommend the operator.
