Nous organiserons pour vous la visite d'Auschwitz (le voyage inclus visite également Birkenau). Un chauffeur Anglais viendra vous chercher à l'hôtel entre 06h00 - 10h00. Le trajet en bus de Cracovie à Auschwitz dure environ 1h20m de route. Une durée moyenne de visite d'Auschwitz est d'environ 2 heures, Birkenau d'environ 1h20m. Notre visite guidée Anglaise commence entre 09 : 00 - 11 : 00am. Nous réserverons pour vous tous les billets à l'avance. Notre chauffeur vous attendra au parking du musée. Le groupe moyen se situe entre 20 et 30 personnes à Auschwitz. Retour à Cracovie entre 14h30 - 16h30.

- Une confirmation sera reçue au moment de la réservation.
- Veuillez noter que la taille maximale des sacs à dos ou sacs à main apportés au Musée & Mémorial d'Auschwitz ne peut dépasser les dimensions : 30x20x10cm.
- Un maximum de 15 personnes par réservation.
- Un minimum de 2 personnes par réservation est requis.
- Deux jours avant la visite, nous vous enverrons l'heure exacte de prise en charge de votre emplacement.
- Depuis, pour toute réservation effectuée pour 2020 pour la visite d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, nous avons besoin du nom et prénom de chaque participant (le même que dans sa pièce d'identité ou son PASSEPORT). Si nous ne l'obtenons pas, nous ne pourrons pas acheter de billets d'entrée au Museu d'Auschwitz-Birkenau.
- Assurez-vous d'apporter avec vous au musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, une pièce d'identité ou un PASSEPORT, car les gardes vous renseigneront à ce sujet avant d'entrer. Sans elle, vous ne pourrez pas entrer dans le musée.

The driver Daniel was efficient and prompt and friendly. I suppose my main frustration was that we were only told that it was a 6 am pick up the day before once we had paid and that we could not change it. The other thing was that the tour guide was a little disappointing. I had done the tour before and this tour was much shorter and much less detailed.
Great driver, Robert, picked us up at our hotel right on time. Gave a lot of good information on the drive. Tour was very interesting and informative. Would recommend to go learn some important history.
Booked pickup 09:30 due to arrival of familimembers 08:00 same day. 15 hours before pick ut time I recevied a confirmation of pickup 06:00 which obviously is impossible. I had a long and tiresome conversation on chat of change which was impossible. Asked for a cancel and refund and was granted by one person and then rejected by another. Now have an unsettled case pending. Total waste of time and very frustrating when planning a trip.
Well organized and interesting. Many groups on site at the same time but it did not feel crowded or stressed.
It was worth the price we paid, and it helped us learn more about history
The guided tour felt quite rushed. We paid for a time slot of 6-7 hours, and were returned home after 5-6 hours, which felt like we were cut short. However everything was very interesting. The pick up was very good and driver was very helpful and polite.
Well organised from the moment of pick up from our hotel. Our driver, Daniel, was helpful. The experience in the museum was extremely moving and thought provoking. Not a cheerful day at all but an important learning experience.
Would highly recommend this company if you’re looking to book a trip.booked through trip Advisor a few weeks in advanced got a message the day before from Bartek our driver to let us know what time we would get picked up and offering us price for packed lunch which we gladly accepted saved having to get things together the evening before we were picked up in a mini bus with another 6 people and were grouped together with another group of six once we arrived at Auschwitz Made all the difference being in a small group of people and beating the queue. Guide we had for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was very good also
