L'événement entier dure environ 7 heures. Vous serez pris en charge directement à votre lieu d'hébergement entre 7h30 et 10h00 (l'heure de prise en charge sera confirmée). La réunion aura lieu soit à la réception d'un hôtel, soit à l'extérieur, près d'une entrée des appartements. Juste après avoir recueilli tous les participants, vous atteindrez Auschwitz en environ 1 heure 15.
Guide Guide Anglais dans Auschwitz et Birkenau Musée est fourni par un guide agréé du musée . (Les écouteurs sont inclus) La visite des camps dure environ 3,5 heures et consiste à visiter deux camps nazis & Auschwitz et Birkenau.
Après une courte pause de 15 minutes après la première visite du camp, nous vous emmènerons à la deuxième partie de la visite – Birkenau (Auschwitz II), située à quelques minutes. Il s'agissait de la plus grande section du complexe de concentration et d'extermination nazi, créé dans l'intention de procéder à l'extermination massive des Juifs européens. Votre Guide poursuivra la visite émouvante à travers Brzezinka (Birkenau), construite en 1941 sous les ordres de Heinrich Himmler, commandant de la SS. Le camp a été conçu pour emprisonner jusqu'à 90 000 personnes dans des conditions horribles et inhumaines. Au cours de la visite, vous découvrirez les histoires tragiques de prisonniers, les sélections brutales à leur arrivée, et les expériences médicales inhumaines menées par des médecins nazis, dont Josef Mengele. La visite couvre également la libération d’Auschwitz par les soldats de la 60e armée du premier front ukrainien le 27 janvier 1945 – un moment qui a marqué la fin de souffrances inimaginables pour les prisonniers restants.
Après la visite, vous serez ramené à Cracovie. Soit vers votre lieu d'hébergement ou toute autre destination dans la ville.

A lot of walking a lot of climbing stairs a lot of crowd was very hot very long. They cut is short because of the heat.

A must visit site which is very educational and emotional. It is not a place I would take my children because it is just too harrowing not the museum itself but what happened there. We booked through trip advisor for 6 of my friends. The driver (Who was very professional) collected us from our hotel and provided us with lunch which was a little extra but well worth it. A great experience and recommend.

The driver could be more friendly and patient. Came at 6:50 and couldnt wait for 2-3 minutes (the instructions mention pick up between 7-10). Additionally we only had 10 minutes break for lunch, toilet, breath from walking 2+ hrs (on a 33-35○C heatwave). Also some more coordination is beneficial, ie not leaving behing team members. The guide on the other hand was amazing! fabulous! Expert in his job! Very informative and patient!

The tour guide at the museum was hard to understand, and rushed to finish. We’ve heard other guides next to us giving way more information. Transportation was on time and no issues. Thank you our driver Arthur. I guess there is no way to know who will be your guide at the museum up until the last minute. Overall we saw what we went for, not an easy experience but we kind of knew what to expect.

Lukasz turned up bang on time and was a very good driver. The tour itself was Auschwitz first which took 2 hours and after a packed lunch break and a 10 minute drive, Birkenau next which took slightly less time. Our small party of around 9 people had the same tour guide for both sites and she was excellent. She provided an audio commentary through headsets at Auschwitz but at Birkenau you have to gather round as no headsets here. At the outset you have to go through airport style scanners and take your driving licence or passport to confirm your I.D. The tour is very moving which I expected. I wanted to see the scale of these camps; I knew they were huge but once you see both sites with your own eyes and hear the numbers of innocent men, women and children that were murdered by the Nazis, it’s industrial scale crime. There’s loads of tours available but I’d recommend this company 100%.
