Votre visite commence par le transport de Cracovie à la ville de Wieliczka où se trouve une mine de sel. Prise en charge en bus à partir d'un lieu prédéterminé (hôtel ou autre lieu que vous choisissez) à une date et heure spécifiées. Le transport dure environ 30 minutes.
Dans le cadre de la visite, vous recevrez un billet d'entrée individuel à la mine de sel et un guide professionnel parlant votre langue. Le guide est disponible dans l'une des langues sélectionnées : anglais, allemand, français, espagnol, italien, russe. La visite de la Mine de sel se fait en groupe jusqu'à 30 personnes. Vous recevrez également un casque pendant votre visite. La mine a 9 niveaux, souterrains. Au cours de la visite, vous découvrirez l'histoire de l'extraction du sel à des périodes historiques particulières. Accompagné d'un guide, vous visiterez un dédale de couloirs et un complexe de chambres thématiques où se trouvent de nombreuses sculptures, des chapelles creusées dans la roche et un lac souterrain. Ressentez le microclimat unique de la mine, idéal pour les personnes souffrant d'asthme et d'allergies, et ressentez les bienfaits pour votre santé. Après avoir terminé la visite, vous reviendrez avec un ascenseur au sol. Après la visite, vous retournerez au parking où votre chauffeur vous attendra.
Lorsque vous avez fini d'explorer la mine de sel et que vous revenez à la voiture. Le chauffeur vous conduira à un endroit prédéterminé à Cracovie à votre hôtel ou à la vieille ville, place principale (selon votre décision).

Ramassage directement à l'hôtel ou à l'appartement que vous avez choisi à Cracovie (ou à l'endroit le plus proche si l'accès au véhicule est interdit ou difficile). Les ramassages se font tous les jours entre 9 h 00 et 11 h 00 environ, selon la localisation de votre hôtel à Cracovie. Nous confirmerons l'heure exacte la veille de la visite.

Very rushed in busy times no chance to observe in peace at most crucial areas. No directions outside when exiting from large elevator hard to find way back to drop off area can take 15 min walk or longer
Very well organized, great communication beforehand with clear instructions in advance. Hotel pickup was great and return from the salt mine likewise
Evelyn is our guide was amazing. Not only knowledgeable but a great sense or humor! We had a child in our group who was quite naughty and not minding the rules and she was excellent in gently managing this professionally while maintaining a friendly tone and making sure that the salt mine remained save. Concerning the salt mine this is an amazing place that everybody should visit if they come to the city it is well worth the admission
Pickup was excellent, Marcel our driver was very friendly and super helpful to get us to and from the saltmine despite the disturbed traffic due to the Ironman event. The visit in the mine was good but disappointing on 2 items - first we could not visit the museum (we were not allowed unless waiting for one hour) and secondly the guide did not explain much on how salt was mined and/or used
I booked the hotel pick-up and drop-off service, but both the outbound and return trips stopped at locations some distance away from the hotel, which was not quite what I expected. The salt mine itself is spectacular and, in my opinion, a great attraction. However, perhaps because it was too crowded, the guide moved through each area very quickly and we had to keep moving forward without much time to stop and look closely or take photos. On the positive side, the transfer vehicle was excellent, the driver was friendly, and the restaurant at the salt mine had a very nice atmosphere.

We were picked up by our driver Matthew at 9.30 . He was very informative on the journey, pointing out landmarks and places of interest along the way. The salt mine tour was very well organised from start to finish with a very knowledgeable tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our driver to and from the mine was great. Thanks Matthew! Guide in the mine not quite as good. Audio quality a bit average, unfortunately. Mine itself is very interesting and unique. Worth a look.
