Votre visite commence par venir vous chercher à l'adresse spécifiée que vous choisissez. L'heure de ramassage peut changer, selon l'heure exacte d'entrée au Musée et l'ordre des ramassages à l'hôtel. Le musée Auschwitz-Birkenau est situé à 65 km de Cracovie, à Oświęcim. Le trajet jusqu'au Musée dure environ 1h20 min. Pendant la route, notre chauffeur vous expliquera tout sur la visite, à quoi elle ressemblera étape par étape, et répondra à toutes vos questions. Avant le début de votre visite, vous aurez une pause de 15 minutes pour les toilettes.
La première partie de votre visite est Auschwitz I, l'ancien camp de concentration principal. Vous apprendrez tout sur les débuts du camp de concentration dans ce lieu, ainsi que sur diverses choses qui s'y sont déroulées. La partie principale de l'exposition se trouve ici.
Après une courte pause, il est transféré à Auschwitz II – Birkenau. c'est la deuxième partie de la tournée. Cela permet de visualiser l’ampleur et la taille de tout ce qui s’y passait. Dans cette partie, la visite est plus contemplative.
Après toutes les visites, vous aurez du temps sans précipitation, du temps à la librairie ou au café. puis après la pause, nous retournerons à Cracovie. notre chauffeur vous emmènera à n'importe quel endroit sélectionné à Cracovie

The excursion went very well. Jakub, our guide, was very kind and helpful.
This was a surprise 60th present for my sister, we flew to Krakow on Monday 22nd June 2026 and were booked to visit Auschwitz & Birkenau on Wednesday 25th June, we were picked up by the tour operator and taken to Auschwitz, the driver drove like an idiot and had to brake at one point to miss a cyclist, all the contents of my bag flew out into the foot well of the minivan, we did eventually arrive safely, it was an extremely hot day and as we’re both disabled and struggle walking we couldn’t keep up with the guide, we had earphones on to hear what was said but we’d get into one room and he was in another room talking about something else, he had no thought and wasn’t bothered that we couldn’t keep up with the rest of the group. When I finally caught up with him I asked him to be mindful that we were struggling to keep up, he said he was waiting for us well if you’re in one room and the rest of the group in another then he wasn’t bothered and that’s how he made us feel and that he had to get round as fast as he could!. I’m pleased that we went but I felt it was just a money making venue and to get as many people as they could though the gates. I didn’t go on to Birkenau as I couldn’t do the walking but my sister carried on but they cut the visit short due to the weather being so hot, We returned to the minivan to return to our hotel, the drive was horrific, the driver drove like an idiot, at one point he was doing at least 30mph over the speed limit, slamming on the brakes and overtaking on double white lines, beeping at everyone and had another altercation with another cyclist it was frightening, the company was Touristico so avoid. If you’re disabled and struggle walking I suggest you tell them in advance and that’s if they could do anything for you because you have a lot of walking and lots of steps to go up and down and they’re not worried about leaving you behind. I do feel it’s just about them making money, it’s so regimented, I feel they spoiled a very interesting day by rushing the tour. We enjoyed the rest of our holiday in Krakow what a beautiful clean city.

The whole trip was surreal and a real eye opening!!! Touristico made it really easy to book and the communication via WhatsApp was brilliant! Our driver Powel was great helped mum in and out of the van!!
The tour was great and our tour guide Igor was very nice. He explained everything very clearly about the story of the two places with the proper emotion. The driving to the place was done by him and was also smooth and safe. Thank you, Igor!
