Nous commencerons la journée avec une tasse de café ou de thé relaxant avant de faire route vers Kinderdijk en bateau. Une fois sur place, vous aurez la chance de découvrir ce paysage unique de polders néerlandais à vélo, ou à pied, si vous préférez. Nous entrerons également dans l'un des moulins à vent historiques pour découvrir la vie telle qu'elle était autrefois. Nous gardons nos visites personnelles et flexibles. Itinéraire
Avant de nous rendre à Kinderdijk, nous prendrons un moment pour vous présenter Rotterdam, la ville dynamique et innovante où commence la visite. Selon votre point de départ (port de croisière, gare centrale ou hôtel du centre-ville) et l'itinéraire que nous empruntons, nous partagerons des histoires et des faits amusants sur l'architecture moderne de la ville, l'histoire maritime, la reconstruction d'après-guerre et les joyaux cachés lors de notre passage à proximité de sites clés. C’est une façon parfaite de se repérer et d’apprendre ce qui fait de Rotterdam un endroit unique, le tout de manière détendue et engageante.
Kinderdijk, un site du patrimoine mondial avec 19 moulins à vent datant du 18ème siècle. Outre les moulins à vent, vous verrez à quoi ressemble un paysage typiquement néerlandais.
Si vous partez de la gare centrale de Rotterdam, nous nous dirigerons ensemble en transports publics vers le pont Erasme pour un arrêt photo rapide, puis nous ferons route vers Kinderdijk. Gare centrale de Rotterdam, l'un des endroits les plus fréquentés de Rotterdam. Réputé pour sa belle architecture.
Note: Lorsque vous commencez la visite au Port de croisière Rotterdam, sachez qu'il s'agit d'une étape avant de poursuivre le voyage vers Kinderdijk. Le pont Érasme est à côté du Willemsbrug le deuxième pont sur la Nieuwe Maas dans le centre de Rotterdam et le port de Rotterdam et est nommé d'après le prêtre néerlandais et humaniste Érasme. Le pont relie le quartier de Kop van Zuid avec le centre sur le côté nord de la rivière.

Liv provided lots of history and insights during the tour. We had enough time to walk around the old port are see some of the old barges. Spent several hours at the windmills which was the perfect amount of time. All at our pace and without the stress of a large group.

Mo is an awesome local guide. Being born and raised in the area, he is a fount of knowledge! His communication to meet up is also perfect. He answers all questions and happily gives recommendations for other activities as well. I learned so much about these unique windmills. Mo happily took our pictures as well.

Thanks to guide we were much more nimble than the much larger cruise groups which stayed on sequence. This was huge when windmills were fired up. We pivoted and were there to see a highlight thanks to engaged guide. go with Mo!

The smaller your group is the better it is interacting with your tour guide. A small group makes the tour much more personal.

Great cruise day trip for families! No was waiting for us at the entrance to the cruise terminal and we quickly found him after getting off the ship. He managed all the details getting to Kinderdijk, and kept things flexible and fun for the whole group. A great excursion and we appreciated not being in the cruise cattle call. Highly recommend!

It was an interesting tour going to the UNESCO windmills in Kinderdijk. Mo was really great and did a good job engaging with history while also being happy to talk about life in the Netherlands. My only complaint was it felt a little rushed at times, but that wasn't Mo's fault. That was the timing of how long our cruise was in port. Mo did a great job of getting us around and letting us see everything that we wanted to see. After our tour, he pointed out some unique dutch dishes for us to try and walked us around to grab some stroopwaffles. What a guy. I'd love to come back to Rotterdam another time and see the town by bike as well. The dutch really love their crazy architecture in Rotterdam and that was just what we saw from the boat and the short walk.
