On September 8th I rented a car at the AVIS Station of Bologna airport and the Service received was really excellent: in fact the agent Alice assigned me a great car in a few minutes, although the station is still in a settling phase due to the move of the station inside the airport. Upon release (on September 11) I found the agent Stefano who closed the rental in a very short time, despite the simultaneity of many customers. All of this is well supervised in the field by the ever-present Station Manager Luigi Barca. What more, I am extremely satisfied, and that is why I want to share this experience with everyone.

Excellent driver and experience with this company for the two shuttles we booked (to and from Ravenna). Highly recommend. Drivers have signs so you can find them easily. Good drivers, a great option if you have a cruise booked.
