Vivez l'aventure aquatique la plus spectaculaire de la République dominicaine lors de cette excursion exclusive au départ des terminaux de croisière Amber Cove et Taino Bay, ou des stations balnéaires de Puerto Plata. Ce qui est inclus : - Après une marche modérée d'environ 35 minutes le long des sentiers sous les arbres dans les forêts tropicales, nous arriverons à la cascade n°7 où commencera la vraie aventure. Vous glisserez vers le bas, sauterez ou utiliserez les escaliers pour une descente plus détendue vers le ranch des cascades. - Déjeuner Dominicain : Buffet authentique avec des ingrédients frais et des boissons rafraîchissantes à notre Waterfalls Ranch. Waterfalls were fun, tour operator was easy to find and picked us up on time, but…….we thought we were paying for the 27 waterfall experience (as listed in the title) and we were dropped off and told to join the group that was doing the 7 waterfalls. We are an active, highly fit, and bilingual family so communication should not have been an issue. We were looking for a unique and active experience, not the very crowded tour group (40+ people) and shortened tour of 7 waterfalls.

We would like to clarify that the attraction is officially known as the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua, and we use that name to identify the destination. However, the excursion currently available to all visitors is the 7 Waterfalls route, which is the standard tour operated at the site under the direction of the park administration. Also due to the limited time that cruise passengers have, it is not possible to offer them more than 7 Waterfalls. We understand how the title may have led to a different expectation, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As for the number of people, unfortunately nowhere in the world will a tour operator be able to book Waterfalls exclusively for a certain group. The Waterfalls are a natural park that is available to all tourists and locals who wish to visit it. customer satisfaction is very important to us. From the bottom of our heart, wewish the Waterfalls were only for our customers, but that's impossible! Amazing experience at the waterfalls with big jumps and slides. Our guide Jorge was nice and helpful waiting for us outside the cruise port. It was private with just the 2 of us. Would recommend to avoid the crowds that the other companies and the cruise line groups have.

RV Tours had an incredible service from start to finish! We did the 27 waterfalls but they have other tours as well! Reñe (our chauffeur) was a wonderful driver and very accommodating. Reñe was very responsive and kept great communication by reminding us of our tour a week in advance and confirmed the day prior. Although not expected, he even provided us with a brief city tour as we passed by. Everyone of the staff members was kind and friendly. If you are worried about a language barrier, don’t worry everyone on the team spoke English and Spanish. The water was beautiful and the guides made the experience even better than I expected. I highly recommend booking through them!

I highly, highly, highly recommend this company for your waterfall tour. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. Communication was great; he got us to the waterfalls early (second group on the falls!) and set us up with the best guide. The company owner picked us up at the port with 3 other families, drove us to the waterfalls, stayed with the locked van, watched for us among the hundreds (and I mean hundreds) of other people at the falls, and provided us with a delicious lunch afterwards. We had a wonderful experience with rv tours doing the water falls. Everyone was very kind they took great care of our belongings while we hiked and have a great tour. Lunch is included after the hike and it was spectacular he Rene even stopped on the way and purchased fresh avocado and fresh dragon fruit for us to enjoy with lunch after eating cruise food for days prior to this it was a welcome change! Do yourself a favor and book the trip from rv tours!

The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. This excursion included the admission fees to the national park. Our tour size included other people but was no more than 15-20 and we were there for a little over 4 hours. "Alexander the Great" and company were very hospitable hosts. Of course the waterfall adventure was fun, but it was enhanced by our guides. The buffet was excellent and, since we had time before our cruise departed, we even had a surprise visit to the tour guide's village which was very enriching. They showed how coffee, chocolate, and cigars were made right in front of us. We partook in the local Mamajuana. This excursion is best for people who can handle a somewhat strenuos hike. They provide lifevests and helmets so even weak swimmers can handle this. Thank you again DR team!
