We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide, Lilian, in Zhangjiajie! She spent three unforgettable days with us, showing us the breathtaking Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and Yellow Dragon Cave. Lilian was incredibly flexible, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. We traveled everywhere in a spacious and comfortable car, and she gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, spas, and other places to visit. She organized everything perfectly and made our entire trip easy, comfortable, and truly memorable. At the end of our stay, she also drove us to the airport. Lilian is not only a professional and knowledgeable guide, but also a genuinely kind and caring person. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Amazing tour, would definitely recommend! We had Jenny as a guide who was very helpful and joyful. She gave us good information about the Avatar mountains and Tianmen Mountain and made sure we had plenty of photos. Jenny knew the right spots to take photos as she’s very familiar with the area. She organised all the ticket purchases for us and personalised the itinerary according to our needs. She picked us up from our hotel early and was very prompt. The tour did not feel rushed, and we were all able to enjoy the beauty of Zhangjiajie at our own pace. Thank you Jenny

A memorable experience We had a wonderful two days in Zhangjiajie with Lillian, who made our experience truly memorable. We visited Avatar Mountain, the Glass Bridge, and Tianmen Mountain. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — even if our legs were a little tired after two days of walking! 😄 What we especially appreciated was that Lillian did much more than show us the sights. Thanks to her, we also learned about the history, culture, and local way of life, which gave us a much deeper understanding of this fascinating region. We did a 4 day tour of Zhangjiajie which covered Tianmen Mountain, Avatar Mountains, the Grand Canyon, the yellow Dragon Cave, and Baofeng Lake. We are a family with 3 children (12, 7 and 1). I gave some ideas of where I wanted to go and then the tour operator made the arrangements for me. He booked all the tickets and arranged private transport. Our tour guide was called Lucky.

​This was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it. We traveled to Zhangjiajie for only two days with a specific list of places to see and a tight window to do so. I contacted the tour company to ask if they could accommodate us, and they certainly delivered. ​We were greeted at the airport right outside baggage claim by Arianna, who was truly amazing and the absolute highlight of the tour! She led us to a spacious, comfortable van before taking us straight to Zhangjiajie National Forest. While Arianna guided us through the park, our driver took our bags directly to the hotel. ​Arianna helped us skip the long line at the Bailong Elevator, and our day was officially underway. She was wonderfully pleasant, informative, and patient with our group. She tailored everything to our preferences, ensuring we did exactly what we wanted and skipped what we didn't. We never had to worry about tickets, navigating the park's pathways, or managing the endless shuttle connections, she handled it all seamlessly! (Fair warning to future travelers: there are a lot of shuttles! I noticed many other tourists looking completely lost and confused trying to figure them out.) ​After a full day, we were taken to our hotel, where our bags were already waiting in our room. It was the perfect Day 1. ​The next day, Arianna met us to tackle Tianmen Mountain and the 72 Strata Wonder Tower, followed by a meal at a delicious local restaurant that was an absolute treat. She also helped us book dinner reservations and secure tickets for a evening show. ​Again, Arianna was fantastic and a true gift. I can't recommend this tour—and Arianna specifically—enough. She made navigating China the easiest, most enjoyable experience possible!

Lilian is the best tourguide for the Zhangjiajie experience. She arranges everything, speaks really good english and is very sweet! We loved it!
