Notre Guide touristique et chauffeur vous attendra dans le hall de l'hôtel, rendre visite à la montagne Tianmen. Considérée comme l'âme de Zhangjiajie, la montagne Tianmen est la plus haute montagne de Zhangjiajie. Les vues comprennent de gracieux arbres centenaires, des buttes karstiques et de longues routes qui sont sculptées à partir des flancs de la falaise. Le téléphérique prend environ 30 minutes du centre-ville au sommet de la montagne et est le plus long du monde. Les attractions les plus populaires au sommet de la montagne sont Heaven Gate, Glass Skywalk, 99 Bend Road et ainsi de suite. Être transféré à Furong Town dans l'après-midi, il faut environ 60 - 70 minutes en voiture de Zhangjiajie à Furong Town par un van privé.
Nichée dans les montagnes luxuriantes de la préfecture autonome des Tujias et Miaos du Hunan occidental, Furong Town (littéralement "ville d'Hibiscus") est une ancienne ville captivante qui semble suspendue dans le temps. Ce qui rend la ville de Furong vraiment unique est son cadre naturel spectaculaire, parfaitement intégré à l'habitation humaine. La ville est dramatiquement bâtie à flanc de falaise, avec des rangées de maisons traditionnelles Tujia sur pilotis (Diaojiaolou) descendant en cascade vers la rivière You. La caractéristique la plus époustouflante est la magnifique cascade qui traverse directement le cœur de la colonie, ce qui lui vaut le surnom de « ville sur la cascade ». Vous apprécierez particulièrement les lumières nocturnes de cette belle ville antique. Sous un ciel étoilé, Furong Town la nuit n'est plus seulement un site historique. Elle devient un tableau vivant, une vision poétique où les œuvres de l’homme et la grandeur de la nature sont harmonieusement tissées ensemble par la magie de la lumière. C'est une expérience d'enchantement pur et tranquille.

I thought Vicky was a fantastic tour guide. She was super sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. She carefully planned our tour, and kept us aware of the general wait times and schedule for the day. She is a born and bred local, and was so warm and excited to host visitors in her home town. She provided a great cultural understanding about the ethnic minorities and local cultures of the geographic area, which was really fun to learn about, especially since most people think China is a monolith when it has a huge variety of ethnic groups. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide!

We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The pickup was perfectly organized, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Our guide spoke excellent English and shared fascinating stories and detailed explanations at every stop, making each place much more meaningful. What we appreciated the most was that we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to explore, enjoy the scenery, and take in the atmosphere at our own pace. The guide also knew all the best photo spots, helped us take great pictures, and even showed us a few hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. On top of that, we received several excellent recommendations for other places to visit during our stay. AMAZING time! The heavens gate hike was the highlight of my China trip. Probably one of the best experiences I have had travelling, the 999 steps seems hard, especially looking at it from the bottom but is totally doable! My tour guide Cara was amazing, would highly recommend this tour to anyone, the rest of the experience on the top of the mountain was really cool, and the visit to Furong town was also awesome. I booked this tour for my birthday and Cara helped to make my day really special and memorable.
