Esto no es solo una entrada a la catedral, es una comprensión guiada de Notre-Dame. Muchos visitantes se van sin saber qué piezas son originales y cuáles están restauradas, este recorrido lo deja claro. Los grupos son limitados o privados para una experiencia cómoda, con tiempo para preguntas y fotos. We booked this one-hour tour two months in advance. It was supposed to be a private one-to-one guided tour with one guide and just the two of us. It was not cheap. Booking time was 9:30am. The night before the tour, the agency, Denis Tour, sent us a late message to change the time to 8:30am. So we concurred. When we arrived the next morning punctually, the guide was late, and she was NOT our guide. She had to call another guide. After the latter belatedly arrived, we found out that our so-called private tour did not offer skip-the-line convenience. We had to queue up with all the other people who did not pay a premium like us. As I entered the cathedral, we were told that that was mass service and therefore most areas were cordoned off limits to tourists. Our tour guide was from Nigeria and was NOT a professional guide. She had another full time job and was just moonlighting for this tour guide job. As such, she was not at all knowledgeable about Notre Dame. She was also very reticent for a guide, hardly offered any information about the history, architecture, the 2019 fire, the restoration....etc. To make a long story short, this is a lousy tour, complete waste of time and money. NEVER SIGN UP ANY TOUR BY THIS DENIS TOUR!

Daniel was an excellent tour guide. He started by showing us informative pictures and explaining the history of the island and Paris. We then proceeded inside where we he explained the highlights and history of the cathedral. It was busy but he was patient.l with our family. It was beautiful to see and we feel fortunate to have had this opportunity for our family. Thank you Daniel.
