Su viaje a Auschwitz comenzará con el traslado desde un lugar previamente determinado en Cracovia desde un hotel o apartamento. El viaje de Cracovia a Auschwitz dura aproximadamente 1,5 horas. La información sobre el conductor que le recogerá los números de teléfono y el color del vehículo que lo recogerá, recibirá el día antes del viaje planificado.
Cuando llegue a Auschwitz, se encontrará con su guía. Juntos entrarán al museo y en menos de 2 horas de caminata les mostrará uno de los lugares más oscuros de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Durante tu visita a este lugar verás: la puerta "Arbeit mach frei", la última cámara de gas que sobrevivió y muchas exhibiciones con fotos y restos de prisioneros.
Después del descanso, el conductor te llevará al segundo campo, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Te encontrarás de nuevo con tu guía frente a la puerta de entrada. Durante la caminata de más de una hora, su guía le mostrará el segundo campo, que fue el campo de concentración más grande construido por los nazis. En este campo verás: "Puerta de la Muerte" con las vías que conducen al campo, la rampa de descarga donde llegaban los trenes con los prisioneros, las ruinas de las cámaras de gas y crematorios, el monumento a las víctimas del Holocausto y edificios donde los prisioneros vivió.

Pickup from Krakow’s Old Town was on time, and the new air-conditioned bus was very comfortable. The drive was smooth, and the driver was helpful in making sure everyone reached the correct guided tours. We purchased the optional lunch pack, which made the day much easier, as food options at Auschwitz-Birkenau are very limited. The tours themselves felt quite rushed, although these are managed by the museum rather than the tour operator, and there appeared to be little interest in receiving feedback. The return journey was comfortable, but the drop-off process took longer than expected. Overall, a well-organised and efficient experience, with a few areas that could be improved.

Pick up and travel to the destination could not fault at all. The driver (Konrad) was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The optional packed lunch provided was also very good value for money and would suggest this as a must, especially for small groups. This even included a pack of issues which was much needed - very considerate. The tour itself was intense as expected, but the guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He waited for all the group to catch up and allowed time for questions and reflection. It was quite fast paced over all, but that is understandable given the large amount of people attending the memorial sites each day. Overall whilst the locations are upsetting, the ease of the tour helped with the experience and made me and my mother feel very at ease. I would highly recommend using this provider and very grateful for their guidance and support at the trip!

We had a great experience with reserving our trip, communication from the team especially since we asked to meet the group there. The entry was without hickups, guide was very knowledgeable and efficient. The visit took about 3 hours I think. We did have 15 minute break and were able to get some food on site (quickly) - all in all a great experience.
