Itinerario
Su recorrido comienza con el transporte desde Cracovia hasta la ciudad de Wieliczka, donde hay una mina de sal. Recogida en autobús desde un lugar predeterminado (hotel u otro lugar que usted elija) en una fecha y hora especificadas. El transporte tarda unos 30 minutos.
Como parte de la visita, recibirá un boleto de entrada individual a la mina de sal y un guía profesional que habla su idioma. La guía está disponible en uno de los idiomas seleccionados: inglés, alemán, francés, español, italiano, ruso. La visita a la mina de sal se realiza en grupos de hasta 30 personas. También recibirá un par de auriculares durante su recorrido. La mina tiene 9 niveles, subterránea. Durante el recorrido, aprenderá sobre la historia de la minería de sal en períodos históricos particulares. Con un guía, visitará un laberinto de pasillos y un complejo de cámaras temáticas donde hay numerosas esculturas, capillas excavadas en la roca y un lago subterráneo. Siente el microclima único de la mina, ideal para personas que padecen asma y alergias, y siente los beneficios para tu salud. Después de completar el recorrido, regresará con un ascensor al suelo. Después de la visita turística, regresará al estacionamiento donde su conductor lo estará esperando.
Cuando termine de explorar la mina de sal y regrese al automóvil. El conductor lo llevará a un lugar predeterminado en Cracovia, a su hotel o al casco antiguo, la plaza principal (según su decisión).

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogida directamente en el hotel o apartamento seleccionado en Cracovia (o en el lugar más cercano si el acceso al vehículo está prohibido o es difícil). El día antes del tour, después de recoger todas las direcciones de los otros participantes del tour, recibirá la hora exacta de recogida en el lugar acordado. Las recogidas son diarias entre aproximadamente 9 :00 - 11 :00 dependiendo de la ubicación de su hotel en Cracovia. Confirmaremos la hora exacta el día antes del tour.

The transport company was a breeze to deal with and verified puckup information the day before. Daniel, our driver, was great and showed up exactly when and where the company said he would. The mine itself was a great visit, but this tour is definitely not for anyone with even the slightest mobility issues. 800 some-odd steps down, uneven surfaces, lots of walking. Beautiful if you can swing it, though.
Clear instructions prior to pick up. Lots of pick up options. Great driver, very informative and helpful and the whole experience was great. I would definitely book another tour with this company.

The driver Artur was excellent. He sent WhatsApp message when to expect him and a live map to follow his route. The mine was interesting but I didn't realise it would be 800 steps in total. There were plenty of stops for explanations and photos. On the way back Artur explained many of buildings as we passed which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Artur
