Primero, lo llevaremos al campo de Auschwitz caminando a través de la puerta de Auschwitz I, el primer campo, inicialmente establecido como un campo de concentración para ciudadanos polacos arrestados después de que Alemania anexionara el país en 1939. Pasarás bajo el famoso letrero "Arbeit Macht Frei" (El trabajo te hace libre). Esta parte del tour suele durar dos horas, durante las cuales usarás unos auriculares para escuchar a tu guía claramente. El tamaño del grupo está limitado a 30 personas, según la normativa del Museo, garantizando una experiencia cómoda y accesible para todos los participantes. Su guía continuará la poderosa narrativa en Birkenau, ubicado en el pueblo de Brzezinka. - Su hora de recogida puede cambiarse y será entre las 5 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM pero generalmente lo ajustamos en solo 30 - 60 minutos (a veces es necesario un cambio más significativo)

Absolutely good. Super service
This was a great trip. Kris ( our guide) was awesome. The pick up was perfect and exactly on time. He was very accurate and informative and seemed very sincere about what he was explaining. There are very difficult moments of the visit especially when visiting the gas chambers, he made it a very respectful visit and seemed very knowledgeable and had the greatest respect himself for all of the poor people that suffered the concentration camps. The bus is immaculately clean and the drops offs are equally as easy as pickups. We would advise snacks as it’s a long trip , in total approx 6/7 hours. It is worth the time.
It was a very moving Tour. Tomak was an excellent driver who was nice to talk to. He was very informative, welcoming and personable.
Very unacceptable and totally unfair. Our big trip to Auschwitz was changed 24hrs before we were supposed to go. We were notified by email while we were on our FLIGHT to Poland. We did not have access to INTERNET so when we saw the email it was already too late and our 3 -day itinerary was all messed up because of that. Auschwitz was the only reason we want to go to Poland and it did not happen. I demanded for a REFUND but they refused to give back the money 177euro that I paid for the SERVICE that was NEVER DELIVERED . It is a SCAM. Shame on you for not refunding my money ! I am even surprised you were rated 5 star reviews. You never deserve it.

Our driver mat was very safe driver. And he Informed us well about schedule and the trip. Guide was excellent. Very informative and included everyone at the tour. Paid good respect. Only minus for very early pick up(5.45am)

Our driver was also the English guide and did a great explanation of the whole complex in a no fuss highly detailed manner which I really appreciated. The early start was worth it as we were the first group into the complex and could go through without impediment or disruption.
