Very communicative company (5 stars for that) however the planning for hotel pickup didnt quite maie sense as they told everyone at the different hotels that they were getting picked up at the se time. Thus we waited for 40min beyond when we were instructed to be outside our hotel. Then, the van was extremely uncomfortable- we sat in front which was lucky in a way as there were rear facing seats others had to sit in and my husband gets car sick, butni was in the middle up front in a seat only large enough for children (had to twist my legs around to be able to fit, as the leg space is impinged with the shifting box). In the case that a Van has that front middle seat and is full, a bus is much nicer, where you are guaranteed a full sized seat. Finally, our tour guide was so so. He was nice, but a continuous stream of quiet speech with odd transitions made it both difficult at times to follow and as devoid of emotion as possible for such and emotional tour. Be sure to bring snacks as there is no time to get or eat lunch. Still, its a powerful place to visit, and even if the tour was very mediocre and the transportation exteemely uncomfortable, we still had a powerful experience. Just may have been better self guided and own transport, which would have also been a fraction of the cost (we paid close to $100 USD each)
An astounding, well-organised experience. Our driver, Arek, collected us at the time stated from our apartment, in a beautifully clean and comfortable mini bus, with air conditioning, and a comfort stop on the way. All communication via Whasapp from the organisers was clear, easy to understand, and so helpful. The visit experience was further enhanced by an excellent tour guide, Magritte, who took time to take us around Auschwitz. The organisation was top-notch from start to finish. A difficult experience for all visitors, as the reality sinks in during the tour, but so glad we went, and so glad we booked through this operator. Faultless organisation and a fantastic and valuable experience. Thank you!
The tour was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about his work. As a Polish guide, he shared the history with great care and respect, helping us connect with the experience on a deeper level. A special thank you also to our driver, who was exceptionally kind and patient throughout the day. He made the journey comfortable and stress-free, and his positive attitude was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a moving, well-organized, and memorable experience. Highly recommended.
Pick up at the hotel was prompt. The van was a bit small for the number of passengers but every one was polite and courteous. We did get a stop at a gas station where we could get a drink or snack. You might want to ask driver ahead of time. That would have been nice to know. The tour by the museum guide was fantastic. We could hear very well on headphones and he walked at a comfortable pace. Would highly recommend tour. However taking larger bus at cheaper price would have probably been fine.
Great experience at Auchwitz, the tour guide was very knowledgeable although in some parts we felt a bit rushed around, but I understand there are lots of tours there. We did get our time slot changed last minute from 10am to 5:50am! However this was not fault of the tour operator it was the museum who changed the time. The tour operater was very informative and updated me with everything I needed the day before and driver Tomas very friendly too.
Great and humbling experience; I came to Auschwitz to understand what happened all those years. I came away with learnings of the horror but not understanding the failure of appalling leadership
Great experience. Only thing I will say is the pick up company changed the times to an unreasonable time at short notice and they also said that no cafes are open so they encouraged us to buy a packed lunch off them as there will be nowhere to eat but this was a lie because they stop in a cafe on the way and there are cafes and other places to eat through out the day.
The tour was fine and the guide was good. Only downside is that we were told the day before that the departure time had changed from 10.10 am to 5.50 am.
We went to Zakopane and the Poronin Skywalk on Sat 27th Dec. This is the 2nd time we have used Krakowtogether (last year for Auschwitz) and ended up with the same driver, Arek, both times! A brilliant company to use. Great communication, you know exactly where, when and what car you are being picked up in. Then throughout the day communication by WhatsApp ensure you know exactly where to be and when. And if plans need to change (traffic was a nightmare so timings had to move a little) then it is all dealt with in a timely manner. We also enjoyed the option of doing the Skywalk instead of the Thermal baths. Would definitely do the same again. All in all a fab day with a great company. Thanks to Arek (and Matteus who was training I believe!) Don't hesitate to book with them!
We booked our Auschwitz tour with Kraków Together and had a very smooth experience. They picked us up directly from our Airbnb, with a scheduled pickup at 5:55am to arrive for the 7:50am tour, which worked perfectly. Everything was well organised and stress free. The only queue we had to wait in was the security queue, as they had already acquired our tickets for us. Having seen some other reviews beforehand, we were a little unsure, but we personally had absolutely no issues with this company. The pickup was punctual, the timing was spot on, and the whole process ran as expected. We would highly recommend Kraków Together.
