From the pick up time until the return trip and drop off, everything was perfectly calculated and the experience was amazing my wife and my mother enjoyed a lot and they will have an unforgettable memories the same as I will.
Got picked up from the hotel very early in the morning by our transport Daniel, he was very professional and an amazing driver. Drove to Auschwitz and got an English speaking guide & we received transmitters and headphones to be able to hear him clearly. Was a really important thing to see. We next got a break then was driven to the 2nd camp where we met with the same English guide but did not get transmitters as it was quieter. Afterwards our guide picked us up and took us to the salt mine where we met our fantastic guide Renata; she was fantastic, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall the experience was around 11-12 hours but we got regular breaks so it wasn’t too long. If you are going to Krakow I would recommend this as a day trip. I would say it’s best for groups between 2-6 people and not to bring small children as it is a lot of walking .

We booked a tour with a transfer to and from a location of our choice with Hello Cracow to the salt mines. Communication was very clear and up to date/sent to us (Via What's App) in advance explaining details of pick up point/pick up times and what to expect on the tour. The driver was friendly and the vehicle supplied was good enough. Whilst we did miss the original pick up to visit the salt mines (mostly our fault) the Hello Cracow team kindly sent out another taxi to pick us up from the meet up point (at no extra cost after I had explained over the phone to their staff what had happened) and drop us off at the site. Whilst we arrived late we fortunately were still able to join our designated tour group on time. I had a fantastic time on the tour and felt the service, communication and cost of the tour from Hello Cracow was all round great. I would happily recommend them to others looking to book tours in and around Krakow.

Apologies, i don’t remember the guides name but he was great, very well spoken and clear. Had a larger group than usual, but handled it very well. My parter had an issue with her earpiece, but was at the last leg of the tour so wasn’t much of an issue. Beautiful place to see.

This is a place you MUST visit when you are in Krakow. The driver was a man of few words, but it worked for us. He should have informed the group that we need time to return from the mine to the car. Hop over the museum, there won't be time for that. The guide we had in the mines was fantastic. Recommend this trip.

Absolutely amazing experience. We booked at the Salt Mines so don't feel you need to pre-book. Your allocated a tour guide throughout and are in groups of around 20 people. It's not cold at all either. Some reviews I read said it was nippy but we didn't find that at all. We were in shorts and t shirts and we were fine. The temperature inside is around 14-16 degrees and very comfortable. There are around 800 steps leading down into the mine but they are extremely well made and totally safe. There is a lift for wheelchairs and buggies but access is via a different entrance to the main site but easily Accessible. There is a small cafe down in the mines to grab a snack and drink and obviously loos. The tour takes around 2 hours and I would definitely recommend it.

Note that this tour company only drives you to the salt mine and back. Which they did ably. At the salt mine there is a tour guide from there, who conducts the tour. It’s a really amazing place, with huge caverns and a church that boggle the mind how people could have done it. Absolutely worth the time.
