Organizaremos para usted el Tour de Auschwitz (el viaje incluido también visita Birkenau). Un conductor de habla Inglés lo recogerá del Hotel entre las 06:00 - 10:00am. El viaje en autobús desde Cracovia a Auschwitz dura aproximadamente 1h20m en coche. El tiempo medio de visita Auschwitz es de unas 2 horas, Birkenau de unas 1h20m. Nuestra visita guiada Inglés comienza entre las 09 :00 - 11 : 00am. Reservaremos todas las entradas con antelación. Nuestro conductor le estará esperando en el aparcamiento del museo. El grupo promedio es entre 20 - 30 personas en Auschwitz. Vuelta a Cracovia entre las 14:30 y las 16:30.

Horario de recogida diario entre las 06:00am - 10:00m de la ciudad de Cracovia. La hora final de recogida se enviará al cliente 1 día antes del viaje.

- La confirmación se recibirá en el momento de la reserva.
- Tenga en cuenta que el tamaño máximo de las mochilas o bolsos introducidos en el Auschwitz Museum & Memorial no puede superar las dimensiones : 30x20x10cm.
- Un máximo de 15 personas por reserva.
- Se requiere un mínimo de 2 personas por reserva.
- Dos días antes del tour le enviaremos la hora exacta de recogida desde su ubicación.
- Desde ahora, para todas las reservas realizadas para 2020 para el tour Auschwitz-Birkenau, necesitamos apellidos y nombre de cada participante (los mismos que en su DNI o PASAPORTE). Si no lo conseguimos, no podremos comprar entradas al Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau.
- Por favor, asegúrese de traer con usted al Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau, DNI o PASAPORTE, porque los guardias le preguntarán sobre él antes de entrar. Sin ella, no podrá entrar al museo.

The day was incredibly well organised by Daniel the driver, who was an absolute delight. The main tour taken by Igor was beautifully narrated, detailing the heartbreaking and never to be forgotten moment in history that brought us here. Haunting, powerful and a trip I think everybody has to make. I would definitely recommend this company from our experience. Thank you once again.
We visited Auschwitz while we were staying In Krakow for five days . It was a true eye opener, we learnt about Auschwitz when we were at school , but forty or so years later , visiting takes on a whole new meaning . The guide was fantastic and filled us with so much information about how the people lived , died , and pretty much how they were treated . As much as it was a fantastic experience to go to Auschwitz, when you truly think about it thousands upon thousands of Jews died because they were Jews . And that is so sad that sort of thing was going on all the years ago . And it didn’t matter whether you were young or old , healthy or not .
A sobering and not to be forgotten experience
Unfortunately, the guide was very poor in English so it reduces the overall experience. The fact that we were not allowed to go to the gas chambers and crematoria in groups also reduces the experience. Blaming the heat feels a bit boring, think. we could have been asked if we wanted to go there.
As sad as it was, it was a must do experience
The driver Daniel was efficient and prompt and friendly. I suppose my main frustration was that we were only told that it was a 6 am pick up the day before once we had paid and that we could not change it. The other thing was that the tour guide was a little disappointing. I had done the tour before and this tour was much shorter and much less detailed.
Great driver, Robert, picked us up at our hotel right on time. Gave a lot of good information on the drive. Tour was very interesting and informative. Would recommend to go learn some important history.
Booked pickup 09:30 due to arrival of familimembers 08:00 same day. 15 hours before pick ut time I recevied a confirmation of pickup 06:00 which obviously is impossible. I had a long and tiresome conversation on chat of change which was impossible. Asked for a cancel and refund and was granted by one person and then rejected by another. Now have an unsettled case pending. Total waste of time and very frustrating when planning a trip.
Well organized and interesting. Many groups on site at the same time but it did not feel crowded or stressed.
It was worth the price we paid, and it helped us learn more about history
