Itinerario
Su viaje comenzará con la recogida de un lugar previamente determinado en Cracovia de un hotel o apartamento. El viaje de Cracovia a Auschwitz dura aproximadamente 1,5 horas. Información sobre la hora de recogida que recibirá un día antes del viaje
Su visita al Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau comenzará con una visita al campamento de Auschwitz, aquí aprenderá sobre la historia del lugar con un Guía local autorizado. Se le entregarán auriculares para escuchar mejor a su Guía. En Auschwitz verá exposiciones y edificios permanentes. El recorrido dura aproximadamente 2 horas, luego el conductor lo recogerá y lo llevará al siguiente campamento - Birkenau
El conductor lo recogerá del primer campamento de Auschwitz y lo llevará al siguiente campamento de Birkenau. Continuará visitando el campamento de Birkenau con Guía. Aquí verá barracas, crematorios, cámaras de gas y la plataforma de descarga (rampa). Aquí el tour dura 1 hora.
Visitar la Mina de Sal de Wieliczka toma 3 horas. Antes de visitarlo, recibirá auriculares para escuchar mejor al Guía. Toda la ruta es de menos de 3 km y hay más de 800 escaleras para subir. Sin embargo, se baten en lotes. Regreso a la parte superior es el ascensor.
Después de completar el recorrido, el conductor lo dejará en su hotel / Hostal / apartamento en Cracovia.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
Recogemos gente de cada hotel/apartamento de IT en la ciudad de Cracovia si es posible. Pediremos acercarnos al lugar más cercano posible. Enviaremos la hora exacta de recogida un día antes del tour entre las 7 - 9 pm. La hora de recogida depende del Museo Auschwitz, debido al límite en el inicio de los edificios es entre las 6 - 10 AM.

We had a wonderful trip- The trip was so well organised, from the moment of booking to the drop off back at our hotel door it was seamless, we were kept well informed with plenty of updates regarding the trip details. The driver Daniel Bara was so professional and friendly, he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, he picked us up at our location on time and for the whole day we knew we were in safe hands (big thank you to Daniel, he made the day so enjoyable and was great company) The guide at Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour perfectly. The guide at the salt mines was great too. The first part was very somber, visiting the Auschwitz camps. The second part to the Salt Mines, was a great experience. However, the amount of walking and stairs involved in a 1 day excursion is hard going, if you have mobility issues. My feet were sore and swollen afterwards, it's a long day, 10 hrs in total... Definitely worth the visit though, but we'd probably do it as 2 separate excursion due to our mobility capability. The tours and staff were very good, very knowledgeable.

Everything went smoothly. We received more information by WhatsApp before the tour. Our guides were very professional, their english was excellant. Absolutely a must do……. This is history we all must know and respects should be paid to those who lost their lives tragically at the camps. And the salt mine is unbelievable/so beautiful!! We loved it…… Jacob was our driver all day and he was wonderful! It is a long day and tiring, but so worth it!!

Communication and comfortability with transport was excellent. All drivers were courteous and sincerely kind. It was a lot of walking overall, however doing the combined tour was an efficient way to see both sites in one day. We would highly recommend this tour and its services.
