Randy and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Bologna with Sandra yesterday. She was relaxed and informative of so many things! Wish we could have toured with her all day! We didn't feel rushed, but also felt that we received a thorough overview of the key points to see and of the history of Bologna. She even directed us to a wonderful gelateria! She was delightful and the tour was well worth the cost.

Not the best experience I had. The places we went to were very touristy and the guide could speak better English. There is so much this city has to offer.

Our guide Christina not only showed us historic buildings but pictures of how the town would have looked historically, and she guided us through the roads and pointed out local foods. The pace was perfect for my 80 year old mother and the guide accommodated us by finding a few stops where she could sit.

We practically did not leave the center, focusing on uninteresting topics and failing to see many other things that we later had the opportunity to learn about independently.
Lamentamos que no haya disfrutado del tour. Generalmente, es uno de los más apreciados para tener una primera explicación de la ciudad de Bolonia. El tour se realiza en el centro histórico porque es a pie, por lo que no es posible desplazarse demasiado, y dura dos horas, así que se necesitaría más tiempo para salir del centro. Despite the crappy weather our tour guide did a great job of showing us the historic sites of Bologna and helped us with a few restaurant recommendations.

Christina was very warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend the morning with. Started at the Neptune fountain which was beautiful. Finished with entrance to the 7 churches.

The guide was wonderful person but her English was not very good so sometimes it was hard to understand her. For the money it really was not worth it. Felt the background of the places we saw was not very complete especially from an historical prospective. The guide was on the phone for long time during the tour and was socializing with other guides verses focused on the experience. She did not realize we had food tasting as part of the experience so gave me the food voucher at the end of the tour and I did not know where to go to redeem it. She was slow walking and I wish we had cover more places.
