Tour a las ruinas de Tulum, tortugas en Akumal y cenotes

The experience overall is quite long, for us it was over 14 hours. I would definitely recommend it! The later parts of the tour especially snorkeling with the turtles and the cenote was amazing and a core memory for sure! Jorge C. Was a great guide lots of energy, extremely patient, and passionate would definitely recommend him!

The ruins are HOT. Wear clothes and shoes that are comfy as there’s a bit of walking and you will sweat from places you don’t want to think about. Turtle bay is EXQUISITE! We saw sting rays and turtles and all manner of beautifully coloured fish. If, like my husband, you wear glasses, then make sure you have contacts or your own prescription snorkel mask. A couple of people in the group couldn’t see properly as the snorkels aren’t large enough to accommodate glasses (presume that’s totally normal btw). The cenote is magnificent- refreshing, beautiful and so atmospheric. The tacos were delicious! But the best thing about the day was our leader, RAFFA-PEOPLE!!!!! I’ve probably spelt Raffa totally wrong but what a legend he was- super knowledgeable, really funny, mega passionate about the places we went to and the wildlife. Our 10 year old son thoroughly loved the experience, as did we!!!

Great itinerary with great guide. Our guide Eric was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The pick up was punctual. The private van was clean We learned so much about the history of Tulum in over an hour. The swimming with turtles in Akumal was fun, Cenote Yax Mull was stunning. Eric was with us all the time through the water activitie. Our families had so much fun that day !!!! I definitely recommend this booking!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time on this excursion! Our resort was the last pick-up and first drop-off, which was nice. Our tour had 12 guests from a variety of places: Brazil, Portugal, Canada, and the USA. Everyone was so nice and it was a fun group! I am delayed writing this post as our tour was about a month ago, so I can't recall for certain now but I think our guide's name was Manuel? He did an excellent job of letting us know info ahead of time everywhere we went that day. He gave us extra details and was just a great conversationalist! My husband, two college-aged children, and I all enjoyed this day of our trip immensely! I recommend wearing your swimsuit under clothes and wear athletic shoes at the beginning of the day. Once you leave the ruins, you'll head to Akumal and not having to change will save time to get in the water for snorkeling. I think everyone in our group opted to not wear our water shoes for snorkeling. We rode on a boat a few hundred yards out in the water, jumped off the boat, and swam all the way back - with stops to snorkel with seaturtles. It was amazing! Just know it's a good bit of swimming. Our guide had us hang on to our snorkel gear afterwards so that we could see under the water in the cenote, which was really neat! If I recall correctly, everyone wore water shoes in the cenote. We changed clothes when we got out of the cenote before eating lunch. The tacos prepared for us were delicious! After lunch, there is an opportunity to shop in a small retail area and to view the photos taken throughout the day by their photographer. It would have been great to have more time at each location, however, it was just all part of the adventure with combining these three unique activities into one day. We'd do it again, too!

Picked us at 06:15 am. Drive to Tulum was pleasant. Tour guide Jorge C. Was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He carefully explained everything to expect in three languages. We had a French. A Spanish couple and three American couples. He stayed with us every step of the way and smoothly walked us through each location. We were to see several turtles during our swim time which was spectacular. Exceptional service. I would recommend this tour guide to anyone who wants to go to the Tulum archeological site.

A great experience for everyone. It was surprising for us that we found snorkeling by the corals better than looking at the turtles. Ulrich as a tour guide was simply perfect. He accompanied us throughout the whole day with a lot of knowledge. The food at the cenote must also be highlighted. An all-around wonderful day.
