Everything went well for an easy way to get to Mindo from Quito airport. Jorge was waiting for me in arrivals.

We arranged for Jorge to provide transportation for us from Quito to Mindo and back with stops along the way. Everything was great. We will definitely use him again.

Smooth and excellent experience! Claudia was our driver. She arrived on time and was an efficient and safe driver. She drove us from our hotel in Quito to a hotel in Mindo. She later picked us up and took us to Quito's airport from Mindo. I would absolutely use their service again!

My partner and I used Jorge Villarruel's excellent Tourexpress & Transfers service to get from Otavalo directly to Mindo. In the past 20 years, I have visited Ecuador on a regular basis and have always used public transportation for travel. This can be time consuming at times due to the many terminals scattered in Quito, the laid-back approach of bus operators, and unexpected issues that often happen on the way (flat tires, landslides, road work etc'). While planning our current trip it became clear that we were pressed for time getting out of Otavalo on a weekend and traveling to Mindo, where we would only have a day and a half to explore. Instead of traveling by bus back to Quito, switching terminals and then traveling to Mindo on another bus, I decided to book a private shuttle for the drive and contacted Jorge. He was very informative and accommodated my request without issues. The cost was $100 which I found to be very reasonable. On the day of the trip he immediately located us and was ready to go without delays. We were welcomed into a clean car with fresh water bottles available for us for the duration of the trip. The ride was beautiful, relaxing, and most important - safe. He even accommodated my request to make a short stop at Mitad del Mundo on the way so my partner can snap a photo. In Mindo he brought us to the doorstep of our next hostel. Perfect and flawless service. We are very happy that we had the privilege to enjoy this service, and it is without doubt that we will use it again the next time we visit Ecuador.

Jorge drove us to and from Mindo from Quito. His car was clean and comfortable, he was punctual and a careful driver. We would recommend.

Our driver was waiting at the airport even though our flight was early. He was great - spoke excellent English, very safe and pointed out interesting things along the way! Nice spacious air conditioned vehicle. Strongly recommend!

I had Jorge drive me from Quito airport to Mindo, and then back after a few days. Great experience. He arrived on time, and drove very safely. His vehicle is a very nice, very large cross-over SUV. And he has a very pleasant personality. Prices very good too.

Amazing service. My family (wife and 6 year old son) travelled to Ecuador from the US in October 2022. worked through some challenging logistics to make sure my family had a seamless transfer to Mindo directly from the airport. He picked a fantastic spot for lunch and got us there safely and on time. Communication was excellent from the start and the experience we had working with him was so positive that we hired him for the rest of our trip, including Otavalo and Quito. Jorge is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about Ecuador and hiring him will only enhance your trip. He’s also an incredibly safe driver and keeps his car immaculately clean. Jorge has been a treasure in our 2 weeks trip in Ecuador. After having been scared with another driver, we found Jorge and have never looked back ! He first drove us from Quito Airport (after we arrided from Cuenca) to Mindo. It was a fabulous drive as he drove very safely - we would even make a nap (which had been impossible with previous driver from another company). Jorge drives impeccably, doesn,t go too fast and doesn't make any unsafe moves. His English is very good and so it was very easy to talk with him. He made us very good recommandations. We liked him so much that we chose him to drive us from Mindo to Otavalo and then from Otavalo to the ariport. He is the most trustable driver and we would choose him over again.
