Salida desde Quito hacia el Parque Nacional Cotopaxi
Visitarás la laguna de Limpiopungo, se encuentra en las laderas del volcán. En este lugar nos quedaremos para disfrutar del paisaje y tomar hermosas fotografías del volcán y la laguna. Visitaremos el Centro de Interpretación "Mariscal Sucre".
Realizaremos un trekking al "Refugio José Rivas" (4864 msnm). Saliendo del Parque Nacional Cotopaxi regresaremos a Quito.

Had a great time, seeing the wild horses near the lagoon and then the hike up to the volcano was unbelievable. Great views and got to meet great people on the tour and during lunch which featured local dishes. Our guide Jorge was awesome and took care of everyone while the driver, Andres, got us up to the volcano and back. I would definitely do this again.
We had an amazing experience, and a very well organised day trip to coropaxi! Our guide was the best and offered many information on the places we visited!

Jorge was such an amazing guide!! He was so knowledgeable and kind and professional. He was incredibly accommodating and memorized everyone’s names immediately. He is bilingual (Spanish and English). The hike up to the base camp was spectacular. We also saw an Andean fox, deer, wild horses and some very interesting birds. I highly recommend!!! Such a great value for the price!!!

The tour was great. It took about 11 hours from pick up to drop off. you need to be in ok shape to climb the mountain and id recommend not doing this on your first day (to give time to adjust to the altitude). Great food, views, and info on the tour. Irene was an excellent guide 5/5
Great tour. Guide was excellent. Quite the excruciating hike up to the base camp...but I made it. Good time but setting in the back row of the van was very uncomfortable. I realize only so much you can do with the roads...would have preferred to take a bit longer and be a tad bit better ride
As cold and wet as I got, I felt great after reaching base camp. There were beautiful views on the way down. Josue was a great guide (as always) and our driver Jonathan made easy work of the ridiculously uneven terrain. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a bit of a challenge, the ascent is somewhat taxing but doesn't take too long. Coming down is slippery but fun!
This tour was organized well from beginning. The pick-up service at our hotel was grateful. Thank you for our driver, Mauricio and amazing tour guide Veronica who made our day excellent. Highly recommend!!
