Late arrival into Krakow Airport and a party of five, so we pre-book apartment transfer. The driver was on time, professional and friendly. The car was well kept and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend and use again.

We were supposed to be picked up at the arrivals hall at the airport. No one was there when we got through customs and no one turned up. We waited 30 mins then got the train.

We had Tomas and Paul as our drivers on a visit to Krakow from Scotland. Both drivers were very fluent in English and so helpful. The transport was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The communication on arrival and departure were excellent, I received text messages ensuring we knew times of pick up from the airport and our hotel. We felt very safe in their hands. Once again Viator transfers let us down. Driver was not at the airport I had to call Viator to find out what happened.. eventually he showed up. Viator is not reliable better off using uber or bolt in Europe.
