Perfect timing for pickup, great communication, Alex was very nice and easy to talk to, and he gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.
Alex was great. He was ready when my wife I landed. He had a sign with my name on it to make him easy to locate from other travel agents. Took care of our baggage for us and had a comfortable clean vehicle to take us to our hotel. Also gave us some fun information about sites along the way and about places to check out in Reykjavik. Highly recommend.
Alex communicated very well. Made our pickup very easy. Great pickup van and had plenty of room for our luggage.
Valerie was waiting for us just as promised even though our flight had been delayed over 2 hours. She gave us recommendations for restaurants. She is friendly and talked with us. We like a driver that engages in conversation with us.

Alex met us at the exit from customs right on time. He contacted me 2X before our flight to confirm our ride. He helped me with the luggage to his car. He was a very good driver. Offered us many suggestions for our visit: cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend Alex to fellow travelers.
Sorin was prompt and communicative. He messaged me the day before so I had his contact information and then again when we landed to let me know he was there. Way better than hauling our luggage on a bus and making multiple stops to get to our hotel when we were tired from the flight.
