Si viene con un crucero. Por favor escriba en el comentario el nombre del barco. Recogida en el aeropuerto: Te esperaremos en el aeropuerto en la sala de llegadas con un cartel con el nombre que figura en tu reserva Si no llega 75 minutos después de la hora de aterrizaje confirmada de su avión. Ha perdido la recogida y está marcado como “no show”. No hay reembolso disponible. Teniendo en cuenta que el vuelo no se retrasa. Controlaremos su número de vuelo de llegada. Recogida en el hotel: Llegaremos a la recepción si es posible con un cartel con el nombre que figura en su reserva Si no ha llegado 15 minutos después de la hora de recogida. Ha perdido la recogida y está marcado como “no show”. No hay reembolso disponible. La entrega extra cuesta 2.500 ISK

We booked round trip transportation to and from the KEF airport to our hotel in Reykjavik through Viator. Upon arrival, there was a significant delay in passport control, and we weren't able to get to the arrival hall to meet our driver for an hour and a half. Despite being in contact with our driver to let him know our situation, he left without notifying us and we had to scramble to make other arrangements. Viator customer service was helpful in guiding us through the process of requesting a refund for that portion of our reservation, but were not helpful when we were having to deal with the issue. That was unfortunate and very inconvenient. Viator did confirm for us that the second part of our reservation was still active. To their credit the local provider reissued the refund promptly after my submitting the request. And the return transportation was pleasant and smooth. Despite the issue we experienced, I would recommend this service to others arriving in Iceland in the early morning hours. It was actually more cost effective than the Flybus shuttle service, and certainly more convenient for the airport return.

Waiting for as as we entered arrivals lounge. They had a choice of child seats for us to use as we were travelling with two very younge children and a six yr old. We were a party of 9 so they bought two transporters to save the crush in one. Very helpful in helping us to find a luggage store to use until our accommodation was ready.

The driver was outstanding. Our pick-up was for 12:30AM and our plane was an hour late. Then our luggage was lost and 45 minutes later found.. So our driver had to wait until 2:15AM for us to get out of customs. He was there waiting with our name placard as if we were on time. Fantastic!
