A good deal for transport service to or from airport. Our driver was waiting for us and communicated the short wait to bring the vehicle to us.

I booked taxi, through Viator app, to pick me up for 0330 hrs - driver arrived on time..assisted with bags..dropped me off at main terminal. Have booked trips through Viator but never transfer...Will definitely do again..

I had taken this booking from a round trip transfer from Krakow Airport to the historic heart of Krakow. When we arrived we had no problem: the taxi was waiting for us at the agreed time of landing of our plane. On the other hand on the return he had to pick us up in front of our rental, but he never picked us up at the agreed time! We waited more than 30 minutes in the street at the foot of the apartment, with a lot of stressWe tried to contact the agency: without success! There were 5 of us and we had to book 2 taxis in disaster. We arrived at the airport in disaster, we were the last to check in. This has led to a lot of stress! I made a refund request that I am still waiting for!!! So it's to flee because we almost missed boarding when I thought I managed everything before departure to avoid any stress
