Si su reserva es de salida de la Ciudad (hotel - aeropuerto): La recogida será directamente en el lobby de su hotel, nuestro representante pasará a recogerlo por su hotel.

My flight was delayed and was worried that they didn’t wait. As soon I landed, I turned on my eSIM hoping I will get a message from the company…..as I was standing in custom, I got a message on WhatsApp that they were waiting for me! I was so relieved! Thank you for waiting and a smooth ride to the hotel! Recommend you use this company for your airport pick up! Price is reasonable as well!

Pick up and drop off process was easy. The driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall with my name on the sign board. The transfer cost was very reasonable. Our driver Esteban was a very good driver. Note that I sent a message to the operator through the Viator messaging system the day before our arrival to confirm, and I did not get a response. I had to search the contact info of the operator to send a message on WhatsApp to confirm pick up. We were already in Panama on a layover, waiting for our flight to Quito and had not received a message from the operator at the time. However, once I got a hold of the operator via WhatsApp, he was prompt and clear with his responses.
Came out of Arrivals, and I saw right away that the driver is holding a sign with my name. Everything went smoothly. I was dropped off in front of my hotel room in La Ronda. The whole drive was smooth and the driver’s really nice.
Our driver Esteban was amazing. His sweet girlfriend met us at the exit with a sign and took us outside, where he pulled up and helped load our luggage into the very clean car. He took us all the way to the door of our hotel in Quito and promptly unloaded the car for us. On the way there, we asked if he would be willing to take us back to the airport on the day of the departure. With a little help with the translation app, we had it all planned. We were a little worried that he might forget as we have had that happen elsewhere before but he reached out to us the day before to confirm. He was there bright and early the morning of pick up. We felt very safe and he was so kind. Thank you so much Esteban.
On the app I was able to book a date, but not time or exact place, which surprised me. But then an agent messaged me to get that information. The back and forth seemed inefficient, but it all worked out. Nice way to use Viator rewards. Had a great driver in Esteban.
As advertised, my driver had my name on a sign waiting for me as soon as I exited the plane after getting my luggage. Was driven safely to my hotel.
Excellent service. Highly recommended. The driver was very helpful and friendly . On our way to Quito,we were very hungry. He made a stop in a gas station . The hot dog we ate was delicious .
