Tomar este tour privado significa que podrá elegir un horario, entre las 5:30am y las 3:30pm, para encontrarte con tu guía y partir en autobús desde Aguas Calientes.
Su guía privado adaptará el recorrido a sus intereses, permitiéndole hacer preguntas y profundizar en la historia y la importancia del sitio. El guía también le tomará fotografías durante toda la experiencia cada que usted las pida.
Luego del recorrido, regresará a Aguas Calientes en bus, completando la excursión.

Se dará prioridad al circuito con la ruta 2 y en caso de no estar disponible, se informará las opciones de tomar el circuito 3B o el circuito 1B para que pueda confirmar su decisión antes de la emisión de los boletos.
- Recuerde que, si es ciudadano peruano, debe tener un Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) válido para poder emitir su boleto a Machu Picchu. Además, este documento deberá enviarse a través de la plataforma correspondiente y presentarse el día de la visita. El sistema no permite la emisión de boletos con pasaporte para los ciudadanos peruanos.
- La opción de tomar el Circuito Panorámico 1 tour desde el momento en que se ingresa a la Ciudadela de Machu Picchu se puede extender por un máximo de 2 horas.

Having a guide direct you through the complicated process to get to Machu Picchu added peace of mind. Rudy was very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the site but the Pueblo restaurants and museums.

It pays to have a private guide vs taking a group tour. Plan to take two tours at Machu Picchu, this avoids any transportation delays or weather issues. Plan to take circuits 2 and 3, these will give you very good coverage over most of the important areas.
Lovely time with our guide who was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu. We booked a private tour like this, because we had a very tight turn around, and needed to be shown exactly how to get there and shown wh as t to do when we arrived!
Our guided tour to Machu Picchu was great, and informative. The tour guide picked us up right on the dot from our hotel, we walked to the bus, were given front seats, skip the crowds and lines to get in. The only thing I would say where there may be room for improvement, was the communication leading up to the date of our tour. The information was, that we were to meet up at the “redemption point” to redeem our voucher and receive our tickets. So we went to the redemption point, or as per instructions, where this point is meant to be, the day before so we knew what to do for the next morning. The problem here was no one at this point knew anything? So we found ourselves in wonder and in a little bit of uncertainty if all was going to happen as planned. We made numerous phone calls and eventually was able to get our tickets emailed to us and finally our guide made contact with us at 8 pm. In our opinion, we paid for our tickets in full. We should receive our tickets in full in that case, not vouchers to redeem. Machu Picchu is a long way to come to from anywhere in the world. We felt like we were going to miss out on the experience because of what we felt was a lack of communication due to Viator’s processes. Not having our tickets and no communication until the 11th hour left us unsettled

We loved this tour. Rudier was fantastic and couldn’t have been better. We learned so much from him, he knew all the spots for the best pics and he was wonderful with our boys. He made this once in a lifetime trip to Machu Picchu perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this tour
