Podrás experimentar la forma local de comer y beber en Bolonia gracias a esta experiencia. ¡Te llevaremos a través de un viaje gastronómico que te hará descubrir cuáles son los lugares escondidos que solo los lugareños conocen y que debes probar! El objetivo es compartir contigo cuál sería exactamente nuestro día típico, la clásica salida que hacemos con nuestros amigos y familiares, ¡sorprendiendo tu apetito y papilas gustativas con más de 10 comidas y catas de vinos! ¡Comenzaremos con una tigella típica, sabrosa y deliciosa! Luego pasaremos directamente a la compra y degustación de embutidos, quesos y panes. Experimentar la zona de Bolonia con el vino local en un lugar histórico abierto desde 1465. Luego, paseando por el centro histórico, probaremos dos icónicas pastas caseras en una clásica Osteria Bolognese, siempre acompañadas de otro vino local. ¡Concluiremos con el mejor helado de la ciudad!

Itinerario
Partiremos desde la Fuente de Neptuno, ¡es nuestro punto de encuentro! Tendrás la oportunidad de ver la icónica Fuente de Neptuno y la Piazza Maggiore.
Cruzaremos la Piazza Maggiore, mirando a San Petronio, la iglesia principal de Bolonia, luego para ingresar al (quadrialtero) y comenzar nuestra experiencia gastronómica.
Nos quedaremos en el centro para visitar las tiendas de abarrotes escondidas de los lugareños, tendremos la degustación de Vinagre Balsámico, compraremos embutidos y quesos, diferentes tipos de panes e iremos a una icónica Osteria para degustar todo con un poco de vino local
Caminaremos a través de Oberdan para visitar otra Osteria local y probar 2 pastas caseras principales, como tagliatelle con ragu e tortellini con vino lambrusco.
Visitaremos la icónica finestrella de Bolonia y tomaremos excelentes fotografías de 1 de los 7 secretos de la ciudad, las vías fluviales subterráneas de Bolonia.
¡Terminaremos nuestra experiencia con el mejor helado de Bolonia en la plaza más emblemática de la ciudad!

We did the gastronomic tour as a family and left delighted and well filled. We tasted typical products as we strolled through the center and the guide was telling stories and curiosities of the city. Perfect plan for a first time in Bologna: better to go hungry and want to walk for a while.

While my wife and I couldn’t wait for our tour with Tours and the City, we unfortunately had a medical issue arise that prevented us from attending. Sadly, Tours and the City was unwilling to offer any flexibility or refund any of the amount we had paid in full, adding further stress to the difficulty of dealing with medical issues abroad.

Great tour around the streets of Bologna but a local guide. The guide was raised in Bologna and gave us a very nice insight into the city. The tour included sights, secrets and delicious food.

We had a great time with Frederica. All locations aware great and the food and drink were amazing. We were visiting our daughter on Rome and decided to go up to Bologna for the day.

Roberta was super nice and very friendly. We had a lot of fun with our group and she was very informative on the foods that we ate at. Got to try the local bolognian food and the tour also had time for us to relax and get to know the people who were on the tour with us. Would recommend our guide and the tour itself to our friends.
