Conoce uno de los edificios más antiguos de Cádiz, donde se os introducirá a la historia de la ciudad más antigua de occidente.
Después de recorrer el Barrio del Pópulo, el más antiguo de la ciudad, veremos la joya de la corona de Cádiz, su catedral. Ahí os contaremos la historia del comercio en Cádiz, su conexión con América y con el monumento.
Tras muchas curiosidades recorriendo el mercado y los callejones, llegaremos al Barrio de la Viña, el más castizo de la ciudad, donde explicaremos su relación con el carnaval, la vida popular de Cádiz y la playa de la Caleta.
Llegamos a las mejores vistas de la ciudad donde se mezclan el sol, el mar y los castillos. Disfruta de una de las playas con más historia del planeta.
Llegaremos al corazón del Carnaval gaditano y contaremos su historia en el templo que recibió nombre del legendario músico Manuel de Falla.
Una de las plazas más amplias de Cádiz, donde conoceremos la vida de los comerciantes gaditanos, las torres miradores, sus casas palacio y la legendaria Calle Ancha donde se cocían los negocios de medio mundo.
Veremos el templo donde se elaboró la primera constitución liberal Europa, la constitución de 1812, también conocida como La Pepa. Allí se narrarán los hechos de las Cortes de Cádiz y el asedio napoleónico, hechos que cambiaron la historia del mundo.
Conoceremos la torre mirador más alta de la ciudad y el impresionante palacio desde donde se alza.
Terminaremos con el templo del buen comer de la ciudad, dando orientaciones sobre los mejores locales de alimentación y los platos más típicamente gaditanos.

The tour was a perfect mix of history and culture, and Javier was a charming and friendly guide with lots of recommendations for food and visits. It was nice to be led around the old walls and passages of Cádiz by someone who knows it so well, and it was particularly interesting to be shown old photographs and prints of the city. Would recommend this tour for sure! We were only sorry we never got to taste the churros as the recommended place was closed when we returned - we should have checked the opening times!
This was the best tour to gain a better understanding of Cadiz. Joaquin was so knowledgable and passionate about Cadiz, I’m not sure we could have gained as much information from any other tour. He kept on apologising for his poor English, stating that he wanted to learn more - but his English was fantastic and definitely much better than our Spanish. He provides this service with his brother - mainly due to their passion about Cadiz which they need to be commended for. My daughter - who studies Spanish took notes all of the way around as he was so interesting. We cannot recommend this enough - we loved every single minute of it ! It was a very pleasant visit where we learned many interesting facts that we didn't know, even though we know the city very well. The guide is very kind, friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work. We will definitely repeat soon with another tour ❤️
Javier was our English speaking tour guide. He sent detailed information for the meeting spot in advance to us. This was helpful. His knowledge of the history of Cádiz was engaging. He was happy to share, and answer any questions about this city. He also gave great recommendations for eating spots once the tour was over. I would use this tour company again when visiting Cádiz.
An outstanding tour that brought the history of Cádiz to life. Using historical photographs, illustrations and engravings, the guide showed how the city has changed over the centuries, making every stop fascinating. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly has a real passion for Cádiz. We learned so much about its history and culture, and also received some excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. If you want to experience the real Cádiz rather than just see the sights, I highly recommend this tour.
Javi knows countless details about the city beyond the usual reviews of buildings and corners. In fact, I have the feeling that he keeps a lot of aspects to avoid giving travelers the impression of having an excessively "cultured" or "heavy" guide. A guy from "Cadi Cadi." I would repeat it

Excellent, Javier is a guide with total knowledge of the city and he tells you many anecdotes in addition to giving clear options like places to eat or where to find more cultural sites
The best part, the guide, Javier. Enjoying this city with a native of Cádiz, a humanities graduate from the University of Cádiz, and on top of that a researcher of his city's history is a true luxury. He showed us and historically justified every detail, advised us on what we shouldn't miss, ... and even where to have the best fried food and sweets in Cádiz.
