Tour privado y excursión a la costa de Gibraltar desde Cádiz

We loved visiting Gibraltar, but felt rushed by our guide. There is a lot of history here, but know that if you take a tour, you won’t be able to spend as much time as you’d like. Only tour guides are allowed to drive up the mountain, so it’s your only choice if you don’t want walk/hike all the way to the top.

Our day was so well organized and that made it very easy to leave and return straight from our cruise. Both guides were very friendly, spoke English well, and were extremely knowledgeable about their areas. Our guide for Gibraltar was especially amazing- he took us up the Rock, which was no small feat, showed us all the importance areas, and was able to get a monkey to sit on our arms and take a photo! Our experience would not have been the same without him!

Well organized and really thorough. The monkeys are a hoot. You see everything you want to in Gibraltar and get back to Cadiz in late afternoon.

This was a great experience and a great tour. Mustafa was amazing and our driver Carlos was wonderful as well. The entire experience was very well organized, and we loved it.

We had a lovely time seeing Gibraltar with Mustafa who was knowledgeable, friendly, a safe driver, and fun! He gave great tips on what to do and see while on the rock, and was helpful at how to get pics with the monkeys. He had treats for them so they’d come up and interact but not too much! You need a couple of hours to explore the rock and get a good feel for it. The town is cute and has shopping and cafes. It’s not high end shopping but a mix of touristy and some British items. Walking across the runway is a cool experience so don’t take the taxi back. We had a very kind and good driver, Pedro. We were not happy that the Mercedes van was in the shop, so if you don’t like smaller cars, make sure you confirm the type of transportation. Otherwise, our driver was very nice, safe and accommodating. We also went from Cadiz to Gibraltar. We left at 8:30 and were back around 4. If you have a ship to return to that’s leaving, you could see the rock and such, but you would need to return and not eat lunch or shop much. We ate and shopped for about an hour. We didn’t have to worry about getting back w our shop staying the night though.

Our driver was efficient and courteous. Our tour guide was knowledgable and personable. He helped make our time very fun. We saw all that was promised and he even took pictures of our family together. It was a great tour!

We had a wonderful trip to the Rock of Gibraltar. The pick up and return were flawless. Mustafa, our guide was fun and knowledgeable. He seemed to know all the apes and they sat on our hands/shoulders. The history of the rock is awesome. Carlos our driver was knowledgeable and safe as well. It was one of the best days of the whole trip! Thank you to Mustafa and Carlos !!

From the beginning to the end of our trip the communication was timely and thorough. Our driver, Alex, was friendly and got us to and from Gibraltar safely. He communicated with us what to expect at the border and where to find him at the end of our Gibraltar experience. Our Gibraltar guide, Mustafa, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, gave great instructions, and is a monkey whisperer! A child car seat was provided for us both in Spain and in Gibraltar. Some great memories were made with the family on this trip. Thank you!

Highly Recommend. We were on a cruise and I booked this tour. The company was so professional I asked a million questions and they answered them all. I am also traveling with 4 small children. They were so kind and made sure that the kids were safe. The tour itself was amazing. Great pace. Amazing views and the to see the monkey’s was so special.

Exploring Gibraltar has been a goal for some time and our cruise ship docked in Cadiz so we decided to make the 1 1/2 hour trip to go there. Our driver Carlos was waiting for us when the trip docked and we traveled in a very nice car with him and showered him with questions along the way. He is an expert driver and answered our questions about the area well since he is a life long resident. At Gibraltar one must exit the EU and enter British territory. Carlos had an ID that allowed him to escort us through to meet our Gibraltar guide Mustaffa. Mustaffa is a gifted guide and makes sure your trip is enjoyable. Somehow the parked cars and people always seemed to part when we needed to move from spot to spot. He explained the historical aspects and allowed us time to move, read the various placards, and take photos. We never felt rushed. Being so experienced he knows all the workers along the way and seems to have a relationship with the band of apes at the top. He brings along snacks for them and as clients we were able to interact, and feed them. If you are comfortable with it, they will even perch on your shoulders for a photo. At the end of the tour he recommended a fish and chips shop where we had a beer with the food (what else in a British town?). While were touring and dining, Carlos waited patiently on the other side. We walked back across the active runway but had to stop at the barrier for a British Airways jet to land and taxi by giving us one of the unique experiences of Gibraltar. We went through the customs line where Carlos met us for the comfortable ride back to the ship. We had changes to the start time caused by the cruise operator and our contact Mark always answered right away and kept out guides informed. The communication was great from him and we highly recommend the tour.
