Tour histórico de Toledo en grupos pequeños con catedral y monumentos

Cuando pensamos en la historia de España, Toledo se encuentra en una posición ineludible. Una de las ciudades de las tres culturas finalmente se convirtió en la ciudad natal de Greco; La catedral gótica más reciente de la ciudad de Europa es única y bien merece una visita. Este es el plan: entraremos en la Catedral; Santo Tomé; Santa María la Blanca y San Juan de los Reyes y, entre estos monumentos, nuestro guía hará un recorrido a pie por la ciudad. Sin embargo, la gran pregunta es: ¿qué tipo de visita? Estamos en 2023; para combatir el turismo de masas, nuestros grupos son de solo 10 personas. Podríamos hacer cualquier cosa, pero nuestro eslogan siempre ha sido "Nos encanta este lugar". Pues asumimos el deber de hacerlo sostenible. Somos los guías que necesitas, y este es el tour que la ciudad nobel de Toledo necesita que hagamos. Haremos un recorrido a pie y visitaremos los principales monumentos (incluida la Catedral) en grupos reducidos donde el guía hablará un solo idioma (a nosotros tampoco nos gustan los recorridos bilingües).

caminaremos desde Zocodover Sq. a la Catedral disfrutando de esta singular calle.
Hogar de la obra maestra del Greco "El entierro del Señor de Orgaz" y un magnífico templo mudéjar.
Lo que antes era una sinagoga, hoy en día es una iglesia de estilo mudéjar.
Visitaremos este Monasterio gótico-isabelino (cuando decimos isabelino nos referimos a nuestra Isabel -Isabel- I de España).
Uno de los templos más impresionantes del estilo gótico español. Pasaremos alrededor de una hora dentro de este maravilloso edificio.

Macarena was such an incredible guide. Being from Toledo, Ohio USA, I knew we wanted to do a tour of Toledo, Spain and I did NOT want to do it with a large bug group. Paying for a small group tour was not that much more expensive and 100% worth it! In fact, it ended up being just me and my boyfriend on the tour! We were able to ask questions and she was able to give us excellent suggestions for lunch in Toledo as well as sent us messages re: suggestions in Madrid. Toledo was one of the highlights of our France/Spain trip and much of that was because of our guide. Only one other time I have I fallen in love with a city (Florence), but I think I may now be cheating with Toledo! The tour length was perfect to cover all the major attractions and we received the tourist pass bracelet to get into any other monuments for free. THANK YOU MACARENA!

Our guide Stephi was phenomenal and the history of the city fascinated us. Before we met our guide, we had to make our way to the main Square from the local train station. There are lots of steps and a lot of elevation to cover to get into town. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning so the weather was still cool enough to make the walk. I would not have wanted to do it later in the day when it was warmer. Plenty of taxis available and buses too to avoid the walk.

We throughly enjoyed our tour! First off our guide, Alex, was terrific. Super informative, friendly and allowed for great conversations. He was really on it prior to the tour making sure we got there ok and knew exactly where to meet him! A small group of 5 allowed for a real personal visit to this lovely town! Our tour guide, Belen, gave an excellent historical tour! She was very knowledgeable regarding the history of Spain, with specific Toledo history as well. She did very good job of explaining Toledo’s importance in the history of Spain. She highlighted the beauty of Toledo, paying extra attention to the cathedral and the Jewish quarter. Would highly recommend the tour.
