Su guía le esperará en la oficina de turismo para comenzar la visita con un recorrido panorámico por Toledo, con parada en el Mirador del Valle, antes de continuar con la visita guiada a pie. Después de la visita, y dependiendo de la opción que elija, le llevarán de vuelta a tu hotel en Madrid o, si lo prefiere, tendrá 3 horas de tiempo libre para almorzar, pasear por tu cuenta o ir de compras por Toledo, antes de regresar a Madrid. Nuestra visita guiada es un paseo por los barrios cristiano, judío y musulmán, con la opción de visitar el interior de los principales monumentos de Toledo explicados por un guía oficial, como la Catedral Primada de España del siglo XIII, la iglesia de Santo Tomé, donde se encuentra la obra maestra de El Greco «El entierro del Caballero de Orgaz», o las sinagogas, comprando directamente las entradas en la taquilla, sin necesidad de reserva previa. Las entradas a los monumentos no están incluidas.

Comenzaremos la visita guiada con la panorámica de Toledo desde el mirador de El Valle, considerada una de las vistas más impresionantes del mundo, donde tendrán tiempo de hacer fotografías o simplemente disfrutas de las vistas inolvidables.
Toledo es una de las ciudades más antiguas y mejor conservadas de España, con monumentos, museos y obras de arte que abarcan milenios, desde ruinas romanas hasta espectaculares catedrales góticas, mezquitas y sinagogas, así como estrechas calles empedradas y románticas plazas. Nuestra visita guiada es un paseo por los barrios cristiano, judío y musulmán, con la opción de visitar el interior de los principales monumentos de Toledo explicados por su guía, como la Catedral Primada de España del siglo XIII, la iglesia de Santo Tomé, donde se encuentra la obra maestra del Greco “El Entierro del Señor de Orgaz” o las sinagogas, adquiriendo los tickets directamente en el lugar, sin necesidad de reserva previa. *Entradas a los monumentos no incluidas. Sonia and Javier were fantastic tour guides. Highly recommend using them. They were very knowledgeable and their hospitality was warming.
This was our first trip to Toledo and Javier picked us up promptly in Madrid. Our guide, Fernando, was a wealth of knowledge pertaining to art, architecture and history with a sense of humor to add to it! He was both approachable and engaging. We especially enjoyed his interact analysis of El Greco’s The Burial of Count Orgaz. By the end of the day, we had nicknamed him “the major” because he was so popular with the locals! If you want to dig a little deeper regarding the history Toledo during your visit there, book this tour. You will not be disappointed!

If traveling as a large family, this is a great option. We were a family of 10 (2 grandparents, 4 tween/teen, 4 adults). Our drivers (Javier and Willie) were great getting us to Toledo for a day of touring, shopping and dining. Our guide, Sonia, was born and raised in Toledo. Providing us with great history of the layout, conquests, trades, heritage, dining, and more about Toledo. There is still a lot of walking to do. It is uneven, cobblestone streets with steps and medieval market walkways. The Moroccan, Jewish and catholic traditions are unique and a bit sorrowful. So much was lost in the Spanish Inquisitions. I think everyone from my 10 year old daughter to my 75 year old stepdad learned something on this journey.
Absolutely amazing experience & tour. Javier was our driver & Diego was our walking tour guide through Toledo, The tour was custom-built to our needs & allowed us the choice to enter specific sights or to keep moving along. Both Javier and Diego were very nice and accommodating. Diego was a great guide who was born in & grew up in Toledo. His knowledge of the city and its rich history was amazing. This was a tour we will not forget!
Great time saver going private tour. Sonia was terrific. She definitely knew a lot about her cities history, we learned A lot. Double check your driver at hotel pick up, we had 2 show up.
This was a great experience! Fernando gave my granddaughter and me a wonderful walking tour of the old city of Toledo. Our driver was an excellent driver. I feel it was the best option for us to get to and from Madrid and experience the old city, synagogue and cathedral as well as local businesses. The pottery store and bakery were wonderful.
Be sure to understand that 2 of the 5 hours is just transportation to Toledo. There is plenty of time to enjoy the old city. The guide was very knowledgeable about the history and culture.
