En este tour gastronómico de tres horas, explorará el Cuadrilátero, el Mercato di Mezzo y el animado Distrito Universitario. Pruebe pasta fresca con rica salsa boloñesa en trattorias familiares, disfrute del Parmigiano Reggiano envejecido, carnes curadas artesanalmente y exquisito vinagre balsámico, cada bocado lleno de tradición. Marida todo con vinos espumosos locales y verás por qué Bolonia se llama “La Grasa”. Dependiendo de su hora de salida, su experiencia contará con un punto culminante único : los tours matutinos ofrecen una visita a un taller de pasta para una clase de elaboración de tortelanos, mientras que los tours vespertinos se detienen en una taberna de 600 años (la más antigua de la ciudad) para tomar algo y comer algo. Mercato di Mezzo ha sido un centro de sabores y comercio desde la época medieval. Transformado en el primer mercado cubierto de Bolonia después de la unificación italiana, fue revitalizado en 2014 y ahora ofrece especialidades locales de comida y vino.

Excellent stops at local establishments including observing ladies making tortellini then making our own! Great lunch at restaurant with their own home made pasta and wine! Returned to the lunch spot for dinner and to bakery to purchase sweets we sampled on the tour! Elena our guide was superb! Informative, knowledgeable, personable and entertaining with tons of history included. The length was perfect and the local venues small and family owned. Group of 7 was great. Highly recommend to include this on your visit to Bologna! 10 out of 10!

This was an excellent food tour. One of the best walking food tours we have taken. 3 hours of temping foods from Bologna. Our guide was amazing. Not only did we enjoy the food, but she provide the history of Bologna and the food. Highly recommend.
