The tour was rescheduled to earlier and we were not informed. The communication between Viator and the tour operator was insufficient. The tour operator went above and beyond to help us find another tour.
Went to Vieques just for this. We were at meeting spot at the meeting time. Tour guy never show up, we find out 10 minutes later that he cancel the tour without any explanation. Just and email from travelocity saying host has cancel the booking. If you know you going to cancel at least tell us with time so we can arrage other activities. Not recommended. Another group of people waiting for the tour were same or more disappointed than we were becuase they came all from Europe just to see the bay. At least the money was refunded in a timely manner.
Amazing! We went close to a full moon but the kids still loved it! Easy kayaking! 9-16 year olds loved it!
Wow! What an amazing experience! I would recommend our guides. They were on time, safe, informational and provide a once and a lifetime experience of us. We went during a new moon and the bioluminescence’s gave us a show. There were so many stars too! We went with our family of kids ages 20-11. We did not have clear kayaks though :(
An amazing experience with my husband and two daughters. Dion is very knowledgeable and passionate about the tour. Kayaking in a bioluminescent bay is a must when visiting Vieques island.
There was no experience. You must book travel well in advance. I communicated with the tour guide and was told since travel to the experience could not be arranged I would receive a refund. The refund was not received and the tour guide stopped responding to my texts.
This is such a unique magical experience! We came with our family, including our four children under the age of 13. The guide was so good with all of our kids. He was extremely patient and answering all of their questions and keeping things fun and interesting.
Really bad experience. Please don’t book this tour! We went on most bumpy ride of our life, walked through stinking mud with barefoot and ended up seeing nothing.
Slow, but your guides worked hard. Even though there was a full moon we were able see the bioluminescent bay!

The pick up was 45 min late and at the end we had to go back to house and sit in the van while the staff cleaned the equipment opposed to dropping us off first. Spots of the water were great but it was very spotty. The person leading the tour was polite and informational.
