La primera parada del día es el emblemático Seljalandsfoss. ¡Una mandíbula majestuosa con la posibilidad de caminar detrás de la cascada! Después de disfrutar de Seljalandsfoss hacemos una pequeña caminata hasta su vecino Gljúfrarbúi (El que vive en la montaña) para maravillarse con su belleza. Como su nombre lo indica, la cascada está escondida dentro de la montaña pero es fácil de encontrar, una vez que conoces la ruta.
A continuación nos dirigimos al pueblo de Vík í Mýrdal, un pequeño pueblo increíble y probablemente uno de los asentamientos más fotografiados de Islandia. La iglesia icónica se ve en todos los anuncios fotográficos, y la vista desde la iglesia es impresionante. Tomamos nuestro descanso para almorzar allí antes de continuar nuestros viajes.
La playa de arena negra de Reynisfjara es una de las mayores atracciones de Islandia y los emblemáticos acantilados de Reynisdrangar, que sobresalen del mar. Ten cuidado, las mareas pueden colarse sobre ti.
Damos un paseo por el lado salvaje hacia los glaciares y colocamos suavemente los pies en el borde. Toma un selfie y voila, podemos decir que hemos pisado un glaciar.
La majestuosa cascada Skógarfoss tiene 60 metros de altura. Uno puede pasar horas mirándolo. Pasaremos 30 minutos haciéndolo.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida comienza 30 minutos antes de la hora de salida. Por favor, prepárese en su lugar de recogida, ya que el minibús recogerá a todos los pasajeros en ese período de 30 minutos. Debido a las regulaciones de la ciudad, los vehículos grandes tienen prohibido entrar en algunas calles del centro de Reikiavik. Por lo tanto, se utiliza el uso de ciertos puntos de recogida y entrega, referidos como paradas de autobús.

Great tour. Our guide was very informative and pointed out many things as we were driving. All of the stops were good. Our guide watched the weather and mixed up the order to save us from hitting the best sights in the rain
Great tour with a real mixture of sights. Small comfortable bus. Best of all was the guide - Michaela - who has a great sense of humour; kept us well informed; and kept checking the weather reports to rearrange the order of sights visited. She was brilliant. She also allowed just the right amount of time at each stop - long enough that you didn't feel rushed, but short enough that you weren't kicking your heels. Do take waterproofs for the waterfall visits!
The best tour we did in Iceland. Excellent guide, comfortable bus and great locations. Wished we had booked our other tours with Eastwest.
This was an enjoyable day trip! Our guide, Oscar, was top notch. He shared a lot of interesting facts during our drives between stops. The south coast landscape is incredible and not to be missed. I had my elder mother with me and she was able to participate in everything except walking behind the waterfall. She was happy to sit and watch the waterfall. Plenty of time was spent at each site with opportunities to buy coffee, lunch or snacks along the way. Highly recommended!
Leroy with Easywest did a great job with our tour today! He was energetic and entertaining and we learned a lot! The time at each location gave tourists ample exploring/eating opportunities! My favorite spots were the black sand beach and the secret waterfall!

Iceland is breathtaking, and this tour captured everything I dreamed of! Thingvellir’s rugged landscapes, the mesmerizing eruption of Geysir, and the soul-soothing beauty of Gullfoss it was all perfect. And just when I thought the day couldn’t get better, Arnar "Thor" took us to Efstidalur farm for the best ice cream ever. The scenery, the stories, and the adventure made this a day I’ll never forget!
I knew Iceland would be beautiful, but this tour left me speechless! Gestur was the perfect guide he made history come alive with his Viking tales and passion for his country. Every stop felt like stepping into a postcard, from the stunning rift at Thingvellir to the powerful rush of Gullfoss. And the little things, like petting animals at Efstidalur farm, made this experience even more special. Highly recommend!
