Tour en ATV por Big Island en Ohana Ranch

Great experience! The ranch was easy to find from the Hilo side. You enter through a secure gate and have to drive a bit down a volcanic dirt road before you reach the check in location.The day was a little drizzly so we brought jackets but they really weren’t needed. We drove the 2 person side by side due to recent rains and had so much fun going down the muddy trails. Pono was very gracious and provided great guidance, showing us Taro plants, different species of Guava and wild raspberries along the trails. We even observed some wild pigs and cattle along the paths. This experience was more than we expected and we had such a great time. We will certainly come back. Thank you again Pono.

This excursion was such an adventurous experience. I would definitely recommend this outing. The only thing I would do differently is scheduling a ride back to town before going on the excursion. The ranch is way up in the countryside. If we had not friended a couple with a rental car, I don’t know how we would have returned back to town.

So incredibly fun. We had an amazing time even in the down pouring rain! Although we weren’t able to do certain things because of the mud and rain our guide, Bobby, was able to make our experience just as fun and rewarding. Absolutely worth the money!

We had such an amazing time on the Ohana Ranch UTV excursion! My husband and I had so much fun exploring the ranch and taking in the beautiful scenery. Kalani was an incredible tour guide…friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience so much more special. We especially loved learning about Hawaiian culture, traditions, and the history of the land. It felt like so much more than just a UTV ride…it was a really meaningful and memorable experience. We had an absolute blast and would definitely recommend Ohana Ranch to anyone visiting Hawaii! Mahalo, Kalani, for making our day so unforgettable!

Kalani was an awesome tour guide. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about Hawaiian culture and he shared a lot of stores with us. We also got to try two types of guavas and some berries right off the trees and bushes. They were amazing. We saw cows, goats, and wild pigs as well. We had a great ride! I recommend booking the later tour. We were in the 3pm and were the only two people so we got a lot of personalized attention. The tour before us had 16. This was a very fun experience and I definitely recommend it to everyone. You will have a great time getting dirty!

SO. MUCH. FUN! Off road driving is serious and muddy when wet...maybe veteran riders may want a higher-speed experience but the driving and sights and the sounds and wilderness and Pono's funny stories were great!

The road leading to the farm was very difficult to navigate and made the trip to the parking lot a bit uncomfortable. Recommendation : pave the road or have someone bring you to the parking lot with a car made for that type or terrain. But in all a great experience!!!
