En nuestro Secret Food Tour Bolonia : le proporcionaremos una experiencia de sabor inolvidable. Comenzaremos con una tradicional Raviola con Mostarda alla Bolognese. Luego visitaremos una de las salumerías más antiguas de la ciudad para aprender más sobre los productos cárnicos locales y las famosas pastas. Disfrutará de : Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadela di Bologna y muchos más embutidos regionales en la Osteria más antigua del mundo con una copa de nuestro vino local. A continuación hemos planeado una degustación de pasta hecha a mano hecha solo para nosotros en una Trattoria local, siempre con una copa de vino local (y un café, si te gusta). Luego visitaremos el principal mercado de comida local, llamado Quadrilatero, y disfrutaremos de una degustación de diferentes tipos de vinagre balsámico de Módena para descubrir cómo esta increíble tradición aún está profundamente arraigada en esta región. I had a wonderful food tour in Bologna! Our guide Claire was incredibly knowledgeable and shared interesring facts about the city's history and culture, and the regional food. It made the experience much more than just a tasting tour. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local specialties, and the portions were just right—left feeling satisfied but not overly full. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bologna. It was the perfect combination of amazing food, local insights, and a wonderful guide!

Hands down, my best experience I had in Italy for the 2.5 weeks I was there. I was in town for a business conference and then was meeting family in Tuscany the following week for vacation. I learned so much from my tour guide that made me feel the depth of Italian history and cuisine across the world. This is a must. Experiencing history through food is imperative for cultural appreciation and exploration.

We had an amazing experience on this food tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna! Our guide, Caterina, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly passionate about the city. Great tour, really informative. Great host in Mattia who got the balance just right in regards to imparting information and then just having a chat. Visited lots of genuine working authentic shops and restaurants rather than it being a tourist route. Would recommend.
