With this guided tour you will walk through the streets where Jews, Muslims and Christians once lived together for centuries in this city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. Your guide will explain the long history of Toledo and the successive cultures that have occupied it since Roman times, and will show you the facades of some of the most emblematic monuments, such as the Primate Cathedral, the Alcázar or the Town Hall. This tour will help you want to learn more about its incredible heritage. Toledo is a multi layer sandwich of discrete history that makes the city both unique and intriguing. A guided walking tour is a perfect way to get the overview of the city's mylti-cultural traits

This is the worst tour I ever have. When we met our guide, he just asked our names, and Spanish or English, then simply ignored my greeting to him. I understood there were only 4 people in this tour, so it was a bilingual tour. The tour said it would last 1.5 hrs. Our guide was so efficient ending up the tour in 1 hr speaking both Spanish and English. I don’t know if he needed to explain in Spanish than in English. Both my partner and I had this feeling. And the guide’s spoken English is fair. We did not enjoy. We unfortunately had a terrible weather, raining and storming wind. The guide was apathetic. In two of the spots we had his explanation, he chose on the centre of squares which was the most windy and had to stand for at most 20 mins in that freezing cold spots. You can imagine how uncomfortable we were at a feel like below zero temperature with storm and rain. I could see other tours standing in nearby more sheltered areas. What the guide can find on internet. So don’t waste your time and money to join this tour.

En este sentido, el guía adaptó la visita lo mejor posible dentro de las circunstancias, intentando mantener el contenido y el ritmo del tour pese al mal tiempo. Respecto a la duración y al formato bilingüe, revisaremos internamente lo ocurrido para valorar posibles mejoras, aunque en situaciones climatológicas adversas los guías también priorizan la seguridad y el bienestar del grupo. Agradecemos sus comentarios, que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando, y lamentamos que en esta ocasión no hayan podido disfrutar del tour como esperaban.
A very interesting route explaining the history of Toledo with a very friendly guide who knew a lot
I feel like there's been a lack of history and a bit of walking. I would have liked you to tell us about the Alcazar and we didn't see it. But fine.
We had a fantastic tour with Jesus, a Toledo native who loves his city! An excellent storyteller, he explained the history of Toledo to provide context to the sights we would see, and added detail as he took us through the town. We learned a lot and really enjoyed his fun and engaging style. Highly recommended!

The cathedral is amazing. She covered it in great detail. She related her person experience which was special. The painting were incredible, a big surprise.
The experience with this company did not start positively. I could not find an English language version of their website. The company instructed me to use Google Translate. Then the website refused to accept a booking for one person, insisting on a minimum of two persons. The company sent me a link to a different web page. That new page would not accept bookings made using my American based Visa card. I emailed them directly and requested a booking for one person for the upcoming Friday. The company sent me a confirmation of a booking for Thursday. I requested a Friday booking for the second time. This time they got it right only after the first Friday confirmation failed to arrive. I booked their walking tour called "Toledo, City of Three Cultures." It is a 90 minute tour, costing 5 Euros, available for that price only on De Paseo's own website. I was the only person on the tour. The guide was Tamara, one of my best tour guides ever. She was an expert on the history of Toledo, its neighborhoods and its tourist sites. All information was presented in a cordial and understandable manner. Tamara was able to answer this tourist's questions, not only about Toledo, but about other locations in Spain. Tamara was a wonderful guide.
