Estimado/a huésped: Queremos proporcionarle información importante sobre su servicio de transporte hacia el aeropuerto el día de su salida. Nuestro conductor lo recogerá en su hotel a la hora programada. Le pedimos que esté listo y haya realizado el check-out al menos 10 minutos antes de la hora de recogida. Tenga en cuenta que el conductor podrá esperar un máximo de 15 minutos después del horario acordado, tras lo cual deberá retirarse. La hora de recogida ha sido recomendada cuidadosamente, teniendo en cuenta nuestra experiencia con el tráfico y los tiempos de espera en el aeropuerto. Si desea modificarla, puede hacerlo bajo su propia responsabilidad. En caso de querer cambiar la hora de recogida, le rogamos nos lo comunique lo antes posible por correo electrónico, indicando la nueva hora deseada. Procesaremos su solicitud con la mayor rapidez posible, pero el cambio no será válido hasta que reciba nuestra confirmación por escrito. Para garantizar que podamos realizar los ajustes, es imprescindible que nos informe antes de las 12:00 PM (mediodía) del día previo a su servicio. Le recomendamos revisar los detalles de su bono de confirmación para verificar que la información sea correcta, incluyendo fechas, horarios, lugar de recogida y otros datos importantes. This was the 2nd time we have used STP for round trip transportation from Cancun Airport to our hotel and vice versa. They are an excellent service that goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Marco Dominguez was our driver from hotel to the airport. He arrived early, communicated he was there for us and then made sure we were comfortable for our ride to the airport. They provide sanitizer and wash clothes, WiFi, as well as water and other beverages if you would like. I highly recommend and plan to use this service again, when I return to Cancun.

The experience was fantastic. The video with directions on how to find the pick up spot was perfect. The welcome from the team was too notch. The car was amazing and Josue was the best!!! Highly recommend.

We used STP Caribe for transportation from Cancun International Airport to our hotel (Mr. Meza) and back (Mr. Alfredo), and the service was exceptional! The drivers were on time, easy to find, and incredibly professional and friendly. We were traveling with two kids, and the car seats were already installed and ready to go, which made everything so much easier. Highly recommend!

San Juan has driven me twice now and both times were 5 star experiences. He helped by putting on babysongs when my friend was in the ride with her baby and came pepared with Applejuices. I hope if I ever come back to Cancun I get San Juan as my driver.

Our driver was early. He had great communication. He contacted us to let us know he was early. He went above and beyond with customer service definitely would book again. This is a great professional reliable company. We have used them twice now and will continue to do so.

This was the second time that I had used STP Caribe. Same wonderful experience. The SUV was impeccably clean. The driver Nelson showed up early and was waiting for us for our return trip to the airport. He was an excellent driver and really made the trip calm and relaxed. Highly recommend
