A driver showed up 45 minutes late, drove unsafely 30 km over the speed limit and didn’t know where my destination was when he was dispatched. It took multiple phone calls to connect with the driver,

We also regret that we were unable to approve your refund request. Although we understand your frustration with the delay, the transfer was successfully completed and the service was fully provided. We were also sorry to read that you felt unsafe during the journey. Following your review, we thoroughly investigated your concerns and found no evidence that the driver exceeded the legal speed limit or violated Icelandic traffic regulations. Regarding your destination, the driver had your booking details, including your destination. Sky Lagoon is a well-known location that our drivers serve regularly, and it appears the driver was simply confirming the destination with you. We were flying in from Washingtin DC and landed at 6 am but the Sky lagoon didn't open until 10 am. I had booked an 11 am pick up from the airport because that was the earliest time the system offered. What I REALLY apprecited was they called me the day before and recommended an earlier pick up from the airport so we wouldn't have to sit so long after an all nighter while waiting for the Sky lagoon to open at 10 am. They also called me when I landed to make sure all was well and instructed me on where to meet. I felt very well cared for. I felt like they wanted my experience to be wonderful and helped me think through a solution that would work better for me and my family. I really appreciated the personalized service. Worth the money!!!

Our private transfer from Sky Lagoon to KEF Airport was a great experience. The driver was early, communicative, and very professional. The trip from the lagoon to the airport was smooth and seamless, which made the end of our trip stress free. We had no issues getting to the airport in time for our flight home and really appreciated how easy the whole process was. Thank you for a great service.

Communicated with us via email before trip and then WhatsApp when we landed. Easy to find. Did not rush us so we had a chance to grab food before leaving airport. Dropped us right at door of sky lagoon
