Para coordinarte un excelente servicio le sugerimos contemplar que las Líneas Aéreas solicitan estar al menos 2.5 horas antes en el Aeropuerto, contemple este tiempo a la hora de reservar su pick up en el Hotel, agregue a este tiempo el trayecto de su Hotel al Aeropuerto de Cancún el cual estimamos en 2.5 horas. El chofer se presentará en el Lobby del Hotel a la hora indicada por usted, tenemos 10 minutos máximo de espera, después de este tiempo la unidad se retira con un cargo completo No Reembolsable.

Amazing company. Our driver Alfredo Ramos was in touch with us as soon as we landed and kept in touch with us as we waited for our bags. And was there with a smile, took our cases and we had a lovely cool car waiting and cool beers 10/10!

Our driver treated us like royalty. We all received a cool, damp towel, mints, bottled water, and free Wi-Fi during our trip. The driver was safe and very accommodating. I recommend STP to anyone flying into Cancun airport.
