I have been charged twice and finding it impossible to get help. The trip itself was great. Fab guide
Nora was a really great tour guide and the scenery was spectacular. Everyone needs to do a Sacred Valley Tour. Sadly, a bit overcrowded with tourists, but that's to be expected during high season.
Busy day with lots of information provided but I never felt rushed. The guide was great and they always provided information in multiple languages. I even bought a ring at the gold shop we stopped at. We also stopped at an alpaca farm where we could feed them and learn about how their fur is dyed for clothing. Would highly recommend, you get a lot out of an inexpensive tour.
JC was our tour guide and he was super engaging and lovely! All the stops were really cool and interesting to learn about. The tour was also a good length, with a good amount of stops and time at each one.
Let's start with the positive. Luigi, our tour guide, was great. Very nice and helpful. The sites we visited were stunning. That ends the good. We were told we would be picked up outside our airbnb between 7am and 7:10am. At 7:20am I received a call from a random taxi saying he was picking us up. Zero communication from the tour agency as to what was happening. The taxi driver told us it would be 10 soles. I said no. He then said ok you dont have to pay. The tour was obviously overbooked as my cousin had to sit squashed in the front seat between the driver and our tour guide. We decided not to let it ruin our day and thought this couldn't possibly get any worse. We were wrong. We entirely skipped over Pisac Market which was one of the reasons we wanted to take this tour. We arrived at the restaurant for lunch only ro be told we would not be dining with the rest of our tour group. Instead, we were stuck in yet another taxi and taken about 10 minutes down the road to another restaurant. We aren't even done this tour and I'm writing a one star review because this tour agency is an absolute joke. Don't book this tour.
Perfect trip with amazing Lunch . Perfect day trip with option to be dropped to get train for Machu Picchu
Great tour with lots of amazing things to see and learn about. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable!
The most significant thing for this tour was our tour guide, Jonathan, who was active, positive, supportive, respectful, passionate, and knowledgeable. Everything was well planned and organized. The lunch was buffet with lots of options. Thank you!
We saw a lot but they promoted the salt mines in their picture and we never went to them. The guide spent too much time talking - part of the story in English and the other part in Spanish but that way took too long and he didn’t leave us much time to explore the sites and take pictures. His English wasn’t very good either - too think of an accent we could barely understand. They also spent too much time taking us to vendors like a jewelry store and an alpaca clothing shop. Bus was nice that we drove around in but it was an extremely long day. We didn’t get back till almost 8pm.
Seeing the the major Inca ruins (as noted in the tour name) on the tour. Very good buffet lunch included. 11 hour tour. Very good tour good providing all info in Spanish & in English for myself, the only non-Spanish speaker on the tour.
