Descripción
Dejará Cracovia atrás y pasará una mañana o una tarde fabulosas recorriendo la legendaria mina de sal de Wieliczka, una de las minas de sal más antiguas de Europa. A la importancia histórica de la mina se suman sus esculturas de figuras fabulosas, monumentos y altares, que han llevado a la mina a ocupar un lugar en la lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO.

Magníficas cámaras cincelada en sal de roca. Impresionantes lagos salinos subterráneos, majestuosas construcciones de madera y estatuas únicas esculpidas en sal. Casi 3 kilómetros de pasillos serpenteantes, 800 escalones para subir, 350 de los cuales son descendentes hasta alcanzar una profundidad de 135 metros bajo tierra. Por lo tanto, no es de extrañar que hasta ahora, la ruta turística, la principal ruta de la visita de la mina haya sido visitada por 43 026 898 turistas de todo el mundo en busca de aventuras.

Lugares y horarios de recogida
PUNTO DE PARTIDA Elección de recogida desde nuestro punto de partida principal del tour: Parking Kiss&Ride (calle Wielopole 2) junto a la oficina principal de correos /Poczta Glowna/ u hoteles seleccionados en toda Cracovia. Si no necesita que le recojan en el hotel o no puede atender su hotel, deberá dirigirse por su cuenta al punto principal de salida del tour: el aparcamiento Kiss&Ride (calle Wielopole 2), junto a la oficina principal de correos /Poczta Glowna/. El check-in en este lugar se realiza 15 minutos antes de la hora de inicio del tour reservado. SERVICIO DE RECOGIDA Nuestro servicio de recogida está disponible en hoteles seleccionados de toda Cracovia. Dependiendo de la ubicación del hotel, el servicio de recogida será entre 30 y 50 minutos antes de la hora de salida del tour. Pregunte en la recepción de su hotel sobre la hora de recogida y la posibilidad de realizar una recogida. DETALLES DE DEVOLUCIÓN Independientemente de si has elegido la opción de recogida o el punto de encuentro principal, al final del recorrido te dejarán en el centro de Cracovia, en el número 2 de la calle Wielopole.

- El paseo guiado por la mina de sal de Wieliczka consta de 20 cámaras monumentales unidas por 2,5 kilómetros (1,5 millas) de senderos. Los visitantes que ingresan a la mina de sal de Wieliczka descienden una escalera de 380 escalones hasta el nivel 1 (64 metros bajo el nivel del suelo). Esta caminata no es extenuante y se puede realizar con calzado común; sin embargo, le pedimos que considere la caminata y la escalera de 380 escalones al reservar este recorrido. El regreso a la superficie se realizará por elevación del Pozo Danilowicz, desde el Nivel 3 (135 metros bajo el nivel del suelo)
- Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto
- El tamaño máximo de las mochilas o bolsos de mano que se traigan al principal no puede exceder las dimensiones: 35x20x20 cm.
- La temperatura en la mina de sal de Wieliczka, aunque constante, es baja (14°C o 57°F). Es por eso que incluso en verano, se debe usar ropa abrigada.

Everything was as advertised. Logistics were executed flawlessly. The experience at the mine was enjoyable and educational. Definitely recommend.
A very well organised trip, even though there are around 800 steps to go down, it is well worth it, what an experience, one trip not to be missed.
Wonderful trip to the Salt Mine. Our driver was on time and very helpful. Highly recommend this company for a tour.
We went as a group of 6 and booked online directly with the mine, getting there by a pre booked taxi. A couple of our group although mobile knew they would have a problem with the 800 steps at the begining of the tour, we therefore needed to use the lift which we could only book once we got to the mine. There is no mention of the lift on the website. We were charged £468pzl (£93.41 at today's conversion rate). £15.56 each for a 2minute lift down to the start of the tour! The tour guide spoke very quietly and rushed through the tour. I appreciate that the guide is on a tight schedule, but we weren't given enough time anywhere, other than when we stopped in the area with the gift shop! This was my second visit to the mine, the first being around 10 years ago and I'm sorry to say it appears they now concentrate on the money they can get from the visitors and have forgotten about customer experience in the process. A real shame as the mine is a must see when visiting Krakow.
Our driver wasn't talkative, so thankfully it was a short van ride to/from. However, our guide AT the mines was amazing. She explained everything great and easily answered all our questions. The tour is quite a bit of walking, which we were totally OK with, but some in our group did not seem prepared for that. The mines and their history are very cool, and I would definitely recommend this tour, especially on a rainy or cold day.

There were a lot of people there and at times we were all huddled up or being pushed on by the tour guide behind us However the mine was good fun and the tour guide spoke very clear english and made it interesting

We had the most fantastic tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide. The salt mine is a MUST if you visit Kraków.
After first experienced a great trip organised by 'Hello Cracow' to Auschwitz, yet another very well organised trip to the salt-mine with again very nice and professional people. Very impressive to walk the many stairs (down) and observe all the 'things to see' while being deep underground in the mine and meanwhile hearing all the great information on the history of the mine and its people. I was here before for a 'business event' but only visited one room or so, this trip was 100x better.
The Cathedral in the bottom and all the stairs buildt all the way down. The guide was very impressive
