Our bike tour to the Abbey was amazing. We really enjoyed our adventure. Great bikes, wonderful bike paths, a little challenging on some of the hills, not for the faint hearted, but well worth the effort. The countryside is amazing and the abbey beautiful and interesting. Really good to see more than only the city. Would highly recommend the tour and our great guide. Thank you
Mike was an amazing tour guide. I recommend this tour if you have time during your stay in Krakow.
Amazing trip out of the city & back! Chris was a wonderful guide as we went down the river, up the hill to a monastery, out and around to the wider area, and ultimately to a breathtaking view back down in to the city. If going up four short hills in this overall route is something you can do, you really should take the time with Chris to learn about Krakow from outside the core city in the best way -- on a bike!
We did the tour with Michael and we loved it. The tour is mostly flat and the scenery is beautiful. Vale very much worth it. 100% recommended !!
I really enjoyed this bike tour! The route was calm, interesting, and passed through incredibly beautiful places. It’s about 28 km, so if you’re unsure about your stamina, I recommend taking an e-bike. Everything was well-organized, and I loved every moment!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! 🚲 We’re so glad you enjoyed the route and the beautiful spots along the way. Great tip about the e-bike option — it really does make the longer ride even more comfortable. We’re happy to hear that everything felt well-organized and that you loved every moment. Hope to see you again on another adventure soon! 🌟
A very enjoyable evening ride with Chris. We got his personable and informative insights during what amounted to a private tour. We learned about the reclusive monks at different abbey (along the way) who only talk to each other 5 days per year! And other short, funny anecdotes. We chose e-bikes but the 28km round trip was pretty flat (except one brief climb at the Abbey itself). A great way to get outside of the city.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the evening ride with Chris and the unique stories along the way. The monks always spark curiosity! Glad the e-bikes made the journey smooth and fun. Hope to see you on another adventure soon!
Great bike ride out of the city to Tyniec monastery. Chris is an excellent guide answering my many questions and took the time at the end of the trip to recommend dining/bar options. I was particularly impressed that they still ran this tour as I was the only participant! This trip was definitely the highlight of my stay in Krakow. I would highly recommend! Thanks Chris and co.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're delighted that the trip to Tyniec monastery was the highlight of your stay and that Chris made it so memorable by answering all your questions and offering great local tips. We’re glad we could run the tour just for you and truly appreciate your high recommendation. Thanks again!
If visiting krakow this bike tour is a must. You get to experience the surrounding area as well as spending time in the oldest monastery in Poland.
We did the tour to Tyniec abbey, and we have loved it. From the amazing scenery to the informations and the recommendations of the zone our guide, Chris, gave us, everything was absolutely amazing. Really a wonderful experience.
We recently enjoyed a lovely afternoon bike ride along the Vistula River to the Tyniec Abby with Chris as our guide. He was engaging and informative, and considerate of our biking abilities (limited!). The Abby and surrounding grounds were beautiful, and afforded beautiful views of the river valley below. The initial wind and rain we experienced did nothing to detract from our overall enjoyment. Chris even offered dining and sightseeing advice at the conclusion of our ride. It's a great way to spend part of your visit to Krakow. We highly recommend!
