Visita la Fábrica de Esmalte de Schindler, hoy uno de los museos más visitados y conmovedores de Cracovia, y entra en la historia de un hombre cuyas acciones hicieron historia. Con un guía experto con licencia, explorará la aclamada exposición “Cracovia bajo ocupación nazi 1939–1945” a través de la lente de la extraordinaria vida de Oskar Schindler. Este es el lugar donde Schindler empleó a trabajadores judíos y utilizó su posición, influencia y recursos para protegerlos de la deportación. Más de mil hombres y mujeres sobrevivieron gracias a su valor y determinación. A medida que recorre la exposición, su guía dará vida a las historias de aquellos que salvó, a menudo llamados “Schindlerjuden”, cuyo testimonio continúa resonando a través de generaciones. Fotografías, objetos personales y calles reconstruidas muestran el miedo, la incertidumbre y las luchas diarias que enfrentan los habitantes de la ciudad. La parte a pie del recorrido comienza entre los restos del gueto de Cracovia. Caminando más profundamente en el distrito, se detiene junto a Józefińska 41, una vez hogar de un orfanato, oficinas de bienestar y un hospital, todos vitales salvavidas dentro de los muros del gueto. Los fragmentos conservados de esas paredes siguen siendo un duro recordatorio del confinamiento, la separación y la pérdida.
En la Plaza de los Héroes del Gueto, hoy marcada por el simbólico Memorial de la Silla, aprenderás cómo este espacio abierto se convirtió en el lugar de redadas y deportaciones a campos de concentración.
Al otro lado de la plaza se encuentra la Farmacia Under the Eagle, donde Tadeusz Pankiewicz y su personal arriesgaron todo para ayudar a los residentes judíos, ofreciendo medicinas, refugio y esperanza.

The Schindler factory is worth the visit however we found it to be more about the holocaust in general, than specifically about Schindlers factory. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate.

We turn up and there is a need for an ID. Unlike the Auschwitz tour where there was a clear list of ID requirements there was not so with this tour and you had to scan right to the bottom of the screen on the fine print
The factory tour was so interesting- an awful lot of history about how the war started and the effects on Poland and its people. Wish I’d done this tour at the start of the week as it would have been helpful knowing pre-history to the Jewish persecution during WWII. Olga was very informative and knowledgeable. Super friendly too. We then did the walking tour with Olga. I’m so impressed by not only her knowledge but enthusiasm to the subject. Thank you so much Olga. Our tour was much longer than expected (over 3 hours) and we felt that it was about an hour too long. We arrived at 12.15pm as recommended for our 12.30 tour, it actually started at 12.50pm and we left at 1600 – it felt like a long, tiring afternoon. Our guide was very enthusiastic & knowledgeable, but gave us far more information than we could take in. He seems nice and worked very hard to give us as much as possible but we’d have preferred it if he hadn’t given us such detailed background and history. We understood that it wasn’t all going to be about Schindler, but not everyone is a history buff so a potted version would have been preferable!

Joanne was out tour guide for the Museum & the Jewish Ghetto walk. Her knowledge was incredible & her delivery was perfect . We highly recommend this tour.
Glad we took a guided tour of the museum where we were able to hear the highlights and stories behind the pictures and artifacts. It wouldn't have been the same if we just read everything. The guide experience gave us a better understanding of everything that was happening at the time, and the tour flowed through nicely through the different time periods.
Guide spoke to fast for full understanding of the group. Schindler’s factory is too crowded for the group as well as the amount of other people from other groups. The walking part of the tour was too fast and left the group straggling along in the streets to see where the Jewish ghetto was but is no longer. The only remains are a section of the wall and a few buildings. This was our first tour in Krakow, but later tours were better.
Excellent museum and tour and the the guide was perfect , she gave us all the history of Poland before, during and after the war and added personal details from her family’s experiences. The ghetto tour was excellent to , to stand in the actual places were history happened and put an actual place to the human trauma and the awful things that happened, we left the tour more informed and emotionally different than when we went in the museum
